Comment[edit]

Oh, this is awesome. Untranslated Chinese? Really?? Come on. 24.174.30.146 (talk) 05:24, 25 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

We need those texts to be translated. Badagnani (talk) 02:57, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Huge, insistent removals[edit]

Kindly refrain from huge, insistent removals from this article prior to thoughtful, considered discussion. Thank you for this consideration. Badagnani (talk) 07:04, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Mr Badagnani
Could you answer me the following questions before we continue this discussion and fix the article issue:
  1. Why should we keep quotes which wrote totally in Chinese in English Wikipedia? You know, this is English Wikipedia and its readers are mainly English speaker. Shouldn't we keep the usage non-English language as low as possible?
  2. Why should we link every Chinese character to Wiktionary?
Respectfully

I think Amore Mio has made my point very well. I don't see any need for irrelevant quotes of foreign language text on en.wiki, nor do I think Wiktionary linking can describe the fragmented characters any better than literal meanings provided by native speakers of Chinese. After all, words change meaning depending on context.
(And in all honestly, the next time you use words like "insistent" and "prior to discussion" in a post, I'd be tempted to ignore it. I don't exactly tolerate insults, no matter how mild they may be.) GraYoshi2x►talk 22:47, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
