Hmm[edit]

Group some of the minor Lemonade/Cola brands under a single article?

The reason being that many 'regionals' also did soft drinks as a side line with numerous brands being used?

I removed a section from this page because (1) it contained only a single link to a non-working outside website, and (2) there was a larger section called "Others and Unsorted" which seems to serve the same purpose. The section which I removed was called "Others", and the link which I removed was for "*Ayodhyacola.com  : Ginger beer, Root Beer, Cream soda, Lemonade" and please correct me if I am wrong, I meant no harm in removing this. Thanks. Fallendarling (talk) 22:08, 3 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Don't worry about what we think. If it's a non-working link, and the only one in it's section, go ahead. Even if it's an honest mistake, we'll just undo it. Brambleclawx 22:09, 3 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment Why not List of soft drink brands? "Non-alcoholic beverage" is a broader term that could include, say, orange juice. — P.T. Aufrette (talk) 16:26, 16 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
    Which the list includes Sfan00 IMG (talk) 21:31, 16 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Non-alcoholic beer is not included, but it would be under the new name. 70.49.127.65 (talk) 05:18, 21 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment would a better option be to remove those beverages in this list that aren't soft drinks? Ryan Vesey Review me! 16:14, 25 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
That would certainly be one option. There could even be two separate lists, just like non-alcoholic beverage and soft drink are two separate articles. In any case, shouldn't it be "soft drink products" instead of "soft drinks products"? Jafeluv (talk) 06:52, 2 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
We could cut down on the wordiness and say List of pop or List of brand name pop, but that would be a little midwestern United States centric. Would anyone have a problem with a redirect from List of pop to here? The only concern I could see is it could confuse someone searching for List of Pop Music or something like that. On the topic of "soft drink products" versus "soft drinks products" the one you suggested is correct, and we can move this to that if there isn't major support for reformatting this article to one that includes juices, etc. Ryan Vesey Review me! 19:15, 2 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Not sure on the spelling, but forking the non 'fizzy' stuff into a seperate list is something I can support :)...

In time there should be several lists, On for Juice, one for Smoothies etc... Sfan00 IMG (talk) 19:08, 2 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
