Suggestions[edit]

Perhaps some reorganization might help. Separating it into a list of hors d'oeuvre by country/ethnicity/tradition/type of cuisine and a list of different types of hors d'oeuvre by type (hot/cold, raw/cooked, meat/cheese/plant) might be helpful. I don't know much about hors d'oeuvres specifically, but I know that that sort of order is often helpful for other types of food. It might make it easier to develop.
