Meaning of mett[edit]

Metvuss[edit]

This name is nonsense and isn't Lower German. ""Schoening-style" cold-smoked Mettwurst known in the Low German dialect as Metvuss." Can anyone please substantiate this outrageous claim? Garlic?[edit]
