What are the Ethiopian spices used in preparing Niter Kibbeh? One recipe I found uses beso bela, koseret, korerima and turmeric. http://www.ethiopianspices.com/html/recipes.asp The ingredients the article currently lists don't seem very authentic. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.143.218.130 (talk) 15:16, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Incorporate this into general Ethiopian food article, instead of separate?[edit]
Though I appreciate Ethiopian foot, I am not sure this article is worth keeping:
(1) I am not sure anybody will find it the way it is spelled.
(2) This is an English-based encyclopedia so cannot have an article for every food item in the world.
(3) This article cites no sources.
Could it be incorporated into an article on (highland) Ethiopian cuisine, instead? Pete unseth (talk) 02:22, 23 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I think that would be a problem because a similar version (Tesmi) is used in Eritrea and it would be inappropriate to link Ethiopian cuisine with Eritrean cuisine. Merhawie (talk) 11:48, 23 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
