Beverages[edit]

Catfurball has been adding trivial content to the Beverages section, including this list of all things possible made with pineapple juice. I warned this user that persistence with adding content and weak sources when other editors disagree is disruptive, and should go to the talk page to gain consensus per WP:CON. WP:BRD instructs to revert and discuss if an improvement is not possible. There appear to be no high-quality reviews of pineapple juice uses in various beverages beyond the common ones; this needs a well-researched WP:RS review or other WP:SCIRS sources, not a listing of recipes, WP:NOTRECIPE, WP:NOTCATALOG. --Zefr (talk) 23:08, 13 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Walt Disney World[edit]

Nice drink, but trivial, WP:NOTTRAVEL / WP:NOTRECIPE = unencyclopedic. --Zefr (talk) 17:36, 14 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
You could probably slip it in as a "first ever" for a highly notable location but with reference to mixed drinks and that it was perhaps their most notably chosen as their spin on "the most iconic of brunch drinks with the debut of the Dole Whip mimosa which they referred to as "the cult-favorite pineapple soft serve that debuted in Disney parks in the 1980s." So it has a bit of historic value. Exactly how we include it should be proposed on the TP first, but I think it complies with DUE as far as cocktails and mixed drinks with pineapple juice.
