The information about the toxicity of quinolene yellow (E104) is very misleading.

It is widely permitted in food and pharmaceuticals. In the USA a closely related substance (D&C Yellow #10) is permitted for pharma and cosmetics.

Take a look at these two articles in the newspaper The Daily Telegraph. Would be nice to have them integrated in the article. [1] [2] MaxPont 21:25, 10 May 2007 (UTC) The multi components study has not validated and consider all colours "unsafety" only because are colored is like to consider the brain cells able to "see" the colour and consider it dangerous. The same pharmacologist effect related to different molecules appear quite strange and new in this field. Aluminium ? Where ?[edit]

Quoting: The color additive can also increase the intake of aluminium beyond the tolerable weekly intake [...] I don't see any Aluminium element in the molecular formula. Does this mean it weakens the body to daily aluminium exposure (increasing aluminium absorbsion ?) ? Is the quoted sentence relevant to the Quinoline Yellow WS ? This seems quite unclear.
