Idaho russet potatoes[edit]

The article currently says that russet potatoes are also called Idaho potatoes in the US. Does this mean that russet potatoes are also what is grown in Idaho, or that I can grow russet potatoes in California and sell them as Idaho potatoes? 2603:8001:D3F0:87E0:0:0:0:10D0 (talk) 06:10, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
