Scientific evidence[edit]

Is there scientific evidence for how and if this works? No question that tempering spices is a widespread practice, but has this ever been researched? I couldn't find anything with a quick Google search. --Kraligor (talk) 13:23, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
