The {{expand Italian}} tag now takes up more space than the article. All the references in the Italian WP article are to unreffed recipe websites except the Google books one which doesn't work either. The article essentially amounts to little more than hearsay. I could easily translate the Italian content, but the lack of decent references would put me off, and I personally wouldn't bother wasting my time. I expect it tastes quite nice, though.
