Usage as plasticiser for PVC[edit]

The article says: "Triethyl citrate is also used as a plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and similar plastics.[6] "

Source [6] ("Green” Nanocomposites from Cellulose Acetate Bioplastic andClay: Effect of Eco-Friendly Triethyl Citrate Plasticizer") does not mention application for PVC at all. It only says that "Significant amounts and varieties of plastics [...] poly(vinylchloride) are currently produced from fossil fuels, consumed and discarded into the environment, ending up as nondegrad-able wastes" and that they're looking for bio-degradable plastics. 212.51.146.53 (talk) 11:52, 27 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
