Non-Dispargement Clause Controversy[edit]

Prior to the passage of the Consumer Review Fairness Act, Vinotemp previously included a clause in their Terms-of-Service to penalize customers for negative reviews. Details are here: http://scotchtape.ductwhisky.com/2013/12/vinotemp-imposes-horrible-anti-consumer.html

Why is this notable event in the company history omitted from the Wikipedia page?

It may be presented even handedly. As of 2024, the clause no longer appears since it is illegal — however, if any of the executive team present from 2013 are still with Vinotemp, that remains important consumer information, since they were the ones who tried to include it in the first place. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.251.230.229 (talk) 23:09, 15 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Company Update[edit]

There is no reference in Wikipedia that mentions that Vinotemp moved to Henderson, NV a few years ago, and has since been purchased by another company and has moved to Reno, NV. Who is the new company owner? Although it appears that the company website is relatively up-to-date referencing the facility in Henderson, and their upcoming Labor Day sales, there is also no mention of the move to Reno.
