  I  agree with Ingratis, there is likely a huge copyright problem with this BLP (Biography of a living person). See here "Violation Suspected 95.6% confidence" from https://flashugnews.com/pastor-aloysius-buggingo-profile-his-early-life-family-and-christian-ministry/. It is likely that this page will be deleted on the copyright issue alone. This sort of thing can get you banned from Wikipedia. I also have doubts this person is notable enough for Wikipaedia.

I would strongly suggest that you get more experience improving other pages before creating any more pages on WP. Then start it as a WP:Draft. Otherwise you create unnecessary work for  other editors, like here where another editor tidied up the page, particularly a large number of unnecessary wiki links, and also here where I tidied it and added somerelevant link.
