Hello! I see you've been adding wikilinks to some articles and also adding references, and that's great! Thank you. However, the way you've been adding references isn't correct, and some of them aren't really suitable. I'm looking through your edits to Federal government of Nigeria, and I'd like to walk through those with you.

With this edit, you added an external link. As the guidelines on external linking explain, external links shouldn't appear in the body of an article, but should be restricted to suitable links appearing in an "External links" or similar section at the end of the article.

However, it's clear that you added that external link as a reference, to verify the text of the article, which is the proper reason for adding a reference. However, proper references aren't pure external links: create them following the directions for citing sources. This will produce a superscript footnote link to the reference at the bottom of the page in the "References" section.

In addition, the URL you linked to was https://nigerianscholars.com/tutorials/arms-of-government/executive-arm-of-government/#:~:text=The%20Executive%20Arm%20of%20Government%3A%20Definition%20and%20Structure,day%20management%20of%20the%20state.&text=In%20such%20a%20system%2C%20the,the%20role%20of%20the%20judiciary). When you see a URL that ends in "#:~:text" followed by some text, you should omit the portion beginning with the "#". The purpose of that is to cause some browsers to highlight the text that matches it. It's a courtesy added by search engines to URLs to make it easier for users to find their search keys in the resulting pages, but they aren't a real part of the URL, and shouldn't be included here. The proper URL is https://nigerianscholars.com/tutorials/arms-of-government/executive-arm-of-government/.

With this edit, you added an external link leading to a dictionary definition of "constitution". We don't link to definitions, and we create a reference not to link to a definition, but to verify a definition given in an article if the article gives one. That isn't the case here, because that article's purpose isn't to define "constitution". However, you could have created an internal link (wikilink) to Constitution. That isn't entirely necessary, because constitution of Nigeria is linked in the previous sentence, and that article links to Constitution, but it's useful. However, beware of overlinking, the linking of terms that readers are likely already to know about or that are tangential to the topic being discussed.

I recommend that you take a look at the changes I made to your edits with this edit. I'm going to make other adjustments as well.
