Abraham Religions

Why was my content deleted can you explain what issues you had with my changes specifically? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nycarchitecture212 (talkcontribs) 17:43, 4 July 2023 (UTC)

You removed more than 3 kilobytes of sourced information without explanation. Furthermore, some of your changes seem to stray from the path of encyclopedic language into recital of scripture ("Abraham the Hebrew was guided by G‑d to the Holy Land, where he was chosen to be the progenitor of the Jewish nation.") The subject of the article is rather controversial, so getting consensus for changes on the article talk page is strongly recommended. Favonian (talk) 17:52, 4 July 2023 (UTC)
Thank you for the explanation. In the future, I will make sure to provide notes on my edits. Regarding the specific paragraph about the Jewish view of Abraham, I apologize for assuming its obviousness. I can update the sentence to begin with "According to Judaism..." to clarify its perspective. Please let me know if that would be acceptable or if you have a different viewpoint on this matter. I completely understand that the subject of the article is controversial, and my aim is to provide unbiased and accurate information. I would be happy to discuss any other changes that you took issue with so that we can reach a resolution and have my edits restored to your satisfaction. Feel free to share your thoughts. Block evasion?!

Favonian, you reverted the Skullgirls edits of mine and you blocked the article accusing me of block evasion! That's not fair, it was my first time editing it, on what basis is these accusation? 84.222.64.189 (talk) 23:12, 10 July 2023 (UTC)

Blindingly obvious that you are Grew Baddymore a.k.a. Honest Yusuf Cricket, which is why I shall now proceed to block your most recent IP. Favonian (talk) 23:17, 10 July 2023 (UTC)

Anna Sorokin

No, yours is better. I saw the edit war in recent changes and responded, but it's clearly just an IP POV warrior and nothing to be discussed among the AC/EC editors. Semi should handle it. I think we agree, but wanted to leave a note here so it doesn't look like a wheel war if I reset to your protection level. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 14:50, 11 July 2023 (UTC)

The article is a biography of a living person, and Wikipedia policy dictates that we must be extra careful with regard to reliable sources for controversial claims. Doubt was expressed about the reliability of the website used as reference and thus the information cannot be included until a better source is found. Favonian (talk) 14:08, 14 July 2023 (UTC)

Should I just go straight to AIV with this type of edit? Thank you, Knitsey (talk) 16:26, 16 July 2023 (UTC)

Yes. There was no doubt as to the WP:NOTHERE intentions of that account, not to mention the personal attacks. Favonian (talk) 16:28, 16 July 2023 (UTC)

Question

Hello. The name is Mickey Jackson du Hartford, but my birthname was Mikuláš Jáchym, i was born in Slovakia in 2003, but i moved to the US since 2019, i now live in the US state of Georgia and i have a question: Can you revert the area of Community_of_Madrid? Because some weird guy decided to give it a .19 decimal the other day, when it was like October, and before that there wasn't a decimal at all. Take care of it, please? Thanks and na zdravie (means cheers in Slovak)! :) Mickey J. Hartford (talk) 18:54, 21 July 2023 (UTC)

@Mickey J. Hartford: In view of the editor's track record, it's probably a good idea to revert that unexplained change. As you deserve full credit for the discovery, I suggest that you to it by activating this "undo" link, adding a suitable edit summary and pressing the "Publish changes" button. Favonian (talk) 19:09, 21 July 2023 (UTC)

IP block question

Hi Favion. You're listed as recently modifying the block an IP range that includes 2001:448A:6060:4D9B:35B4:78A4:7F56:AF5F and I'm wondering how or if that might pertain to the IP's recent edits to Takanori Hashimoto. Has the IP range been blocked just certain articles or from editing in general? -- Marchjuly (talk) 03:44, 22 July 2023 (UTC)

@Marchjuly: It's a partial block, preventing the IP range from editing the pages specifically listed. My contribution was solely to extend the list with Latin America due to a string of disruptive edits. The (/32) range is huge, so we cannot conclude that a particular user is responsible for all the disruption. Aside from the fact that Takanori Hashimoto and Lily Hoshikawa are both Japanese topics, I don't see much resemblance between the disruptive edits to them. Favonian (talk) 12:12, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
Thank you for clarifying things. -- Marchjuly (talk) 20:52, 22 July 2023 (UTC)

why

why did you revert my edits even though it said the userspace article was free to edit, and I did nothing wrong 88.110.55.109 (talk) 21:10, 22 July 2023 (UTC)

Because you're obviously WP:NOTHERE – and now you're blocked. Favonian (talk) 10:54, 23 July 2023 (UTC)

Hello again

Can you cast an eye over the talk page for {{user|80.249.30.167} please. I reverted some edit to Ciarán McMenamin and Annabel Scholey as they removed the personal life sections. They left a message on my talk page (unsigned so I couldn't reply) [1] and [2] asking if I had a conflict of interest. They then posted a COI notice [3] lol. I've replied on their page about their COI. If you could take a look and see what you think. I will leave it for now as they seem upset with me. BTW, there are over half a million people living in Somerset. I'm 52. I wish I was as pretty as Annabel Scholey. Knitsey (talk) 21:01, 22 July 2023 (UTC)

80.249.30.167 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) sorry for the wrong link. Knitsey (talk) 21:06, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
@Knitsey: You were right to revert the IP. Unless they can provide a reliable source for the "change in circumstances", the sourced information in the article stays. Regarding the missing signatures, however, I believe you overreacted. If you wait a minute or so, SineBot will usually do the job, the exception being when the editor has made more than one edit in rapid succession, as this one did. In that case, add the signature ({{unsignedip2}}) yourself and drop them a polite reminder ({{uw-tilde}}). Favonian (talk) 10:53, 23 July 2023 (UTC)
Thank you! I didn't know about signing it myself. That will be useful. Knitsey (talk) 11:45, 23 July 2023 (UTC)

Florya

Hi Favonian, a user boldly moved Florya to Şenlikköy. Could you please move the article back? The problem in my opinion is that Florya is the common name in English (and possibly also in Turkish :-)), so the move should be discussed first. Thanks, Alex2006 (talk) 14:18, 27 July 2023 (UTC)

@Alex2006: Sorry for the late reply. I've been away from Wikipedia for a couple of days. Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Little Manila, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:

  • A "generic title" error. References show this error when they have a generic placeholder title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 17:37, 25 August 2023 (UTC)

Just an update

@Favonian this is just to keep you updated. 2022 year ending months you had to look into the disruptions and provide administrative support at the article Ex-Muslims.

Since then slow pace intermittent attempts of disruptions seem to have continued except for month of April, and timely reverted by the bot and various volunteering users. A brief analysis indicates disruptions coming from both sides i.e. 'I don't like it' side deleting well sourced content and also good faith attempts of BLP info insertion, sans WP:RS, of various social media activists.

Since there is no edit war kind of situation, I am not sure the article would need any 'extended-confirmed protection' or not as of now. I thought to post this message to keep you updated and also to find out if article talk page can be updated with a suitable BLP template to guide new users.

Thanks Bookku (talk) 09:28, 13 September 2023 (UTC)

@Bookku: The disruption is annoying, but quite low-frequency, so I've pending changes protected the article for a year to see if it can bring the situation under control. Otherwise, a long semi-protection can be imposed. Favonian (talk) 17:21, 13 September 2023 (UTC)

It's a pity you protected the vandalized version.... Johnbod (talk) 18:06, 18 September 2023 (UTC)

@Johnbod: I did not want to become involved in the dispute, but the article is only semi-protected, so, well, it's a pity you haven't undone the relevant edit. Favonian (talk) 18:08, 18 September 2023 (UTC)
Ah, thanks, I didn't know/had forgotten I could do that! Done now. Johnbod (talk) 03:08, 19 September 2023 (UTC)

MiltenR

I see you blocked Special:Contributions/2A02:8084:8183:980::/64 as block evasion. If the evasion is by Special:Contributions/MiltenR, then that amount should be changed to an indef block. I know CheckUser cannot comment on IPs specifically, so I figured commenting here might be better than an SPI. EvergreenFir (talk) 19:40, 24 September 2023 (UTC)

@EvergreenFir: I'm not a CheckUser, so I have to use my intuition/fence in the dark. In the present case, I was thinking of this old favorite, who is no stranger to the disputed topic. MiltenR may be a sock from that drawer, in which case an SPI with CU participation would be called for. Favonian (talk) 19:50, 24 September 2023 (UTC)

Battle of Ming sha

Hello Favonian https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Ming_Sha Can you protect this page as well? They are engaged in a regulatory war regarding army forces. Keremmaarda (talk) 20:30, 29 September 2023 (UTC)

I think you should provide quotes(from the source(s) you use) on the article talk page. --Kansas Bear (talk) 20:51, 29 September 2023 (UTC)
I did not specify a source on the page. I verified the source in the link provided. According to the sources given, it is said that the Chinese army has 450 thousand people and the Turkish army has 100 thousand people. However, in the article they wrote 300 people for the Turkish army and 90 thousand for the Chinese army. Keremmaarda (talk) 04:44, 30 September 2023 (UTC)
Favonian, following my discussion with Beshogur(they can read Turkish), I am convinced that the sources used by Keremmaarda in the Battle of Ming Sha are original research. As such, I would like to see evidence that from these sources that support the information or these sources and information should be removed from the Battle of Ming Sha article. --Kansas Bear (talk) 23:34, 29 September 2023 (UTC)

Protection not currently needed as this is mostly a content dispute. Favonian (talk) 08:28, 30 September 2023 (UTC)

Hi. Please correct some parts of List of countries and dependencies by area

Firstly, Uganda is 241,038 sq km, not 241,550 sq km. An overwhelming majority of websites that talk about Uganda as the subject only say it is 241,038 sq km.

Also, 197,100 + 43,938 ≠ 241,550 so this is incorrect

Secondly, what's up with Eritrea's area? It says that it is 125,000 sq km when there is absolutely no evidence of the country being THAT big! Many sources talking about Eritrea only say that it is 117,600 sq km.

Also, the area of Bulgaria on the article isn't matching what it says on the Bulgaria article, and it's saying that it is 110,993.6 sq km (rounds up to 110,994 sq km), not 111,002 sq km.

And thanks to the fact that the government of Denmark has recalculated the country in 2017 when he noticed it was actually 42,943 sq km, this should be corrected from 43,094 sq km to 42,943 sq km, which Wikipedia exactly says this. (and reliable source for Denmark's recent recalculation: https://www.dst.dk/en/Statistik/emner/miljoe-og-energi/areal/arealopgoerelser) 2601:280:5000:D2F0:2FA2:675D:BBAE:64CC (talk) 18:55, 8 October 2023 (UTC)

The matter must be settled on the article talk page, and you have already initiated a discussion there. The fact that my country's statistical service has published numbers relevant to the question does not mean that I am qualified to judge in the matter. Favonian (talk) 19:43, 8 October 2023 (UTC)

Coaling (ships)

Greetings Favonian, my recent edit on a favourite topic (WW1 ships) contains what appears to be an excellent source of information which doesn't appear elsewhere. It has however been tagged. I'm happy about both the reliability and also the importance. Does it meet Wiki standards?

Regards JRPG (talk) 18:07, 15 October 2023 (UTC)

@JRPG: The tagging was done by a bot, but the intention is no keep blogs etc. out of references. The link in question is in the "External links" section and, in my opinion, not objectionable. Bear in mind, though, that I'm not an admin of the content-creating kind, and others, better qualified in that respect, may think otherwise. In any case, you might want to embellish the link with some sort of explanation of what the target is, rather than just its title. Best regards, Favonian (talk) 20:13, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
Thanks Favonian, I'll do that, your opinion is always highly valued. JRPG (talk) 11:28, 16 October 2023 (UTC)

This user has been heavily reverted at times (Boethius, etc.) and still does not seek consensus or adapt in any fashion. I saw you are bilingual, cool. Since their account was identified as a sockpuppet of LPC, user has been raging on their talk page, and has called me a c*nt for getting their account banned. @Adakiko: Turns out that the range can be narrowed to 2603:6010:1c00:325::/64, and that one had two prior blocks. I have now added a third. Favonian (talk) 12:25, 31 December 2023 (UTC)

BKFIP?

Do you think Special:contributions/149.86.189.197 is BKFIP? See WP:ANI#User:Levivich and Self-referential humor. Although it's a while ago, see also Special:contributions/149.86.189.14, which was clearly BKFIP. The two IPs form part of Special:contributions/149.86.189.0/24. I'm almost confident enough to block the new one, but I would welcome another opinion.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:45, 31 December 2023 (UTC)

@Bbb23: I'm fairly certain it's BKFIP. A bit low on vitriol, which could be put down to the contagious good Christmas Cheer at ANI, but Special:Diff/1192836560 is true to form. Now I'll go back to the bubbles and contemplate Margrethe II#Abdication. Happy New Year! Favonian (talk) 18:22, 31 December 2023 (UTC)
I've seen them act more good-sock before, although more often with registered accounts than IPs. There's still a bit of vitriol with this one - it's just more subtle. In my view, BKFIP is one of the cleverer LTAs around. Anyway, I've blocked the IP for one month. Thanks for taking a look at it, and Happy New Year to you as well.--Bbb23 (talk) 18:30, 31 December 2023 (UTC)

Page protection

Hello, I noticed that you've protected articles that a 185/91/85 IP address kept vandalizing. This editor continues to return under new IP addresses, [11][12][13][14] could you please add page protection back to these articles? I was going to use WP:RFPP but I would've only been able to request the pages individually, and this vandal continues to target many articles. KhndzorUtogh (talk) 00:10, 4 January 2024 (UTC)

Bkp

I wanna change the Bkp but the b.m.(8/09/67/66) is not allowing to this, what should I do? Sheikbaba36524 (talk) 03:05, 4 January 2024 (UTC)

The pattern of vandalism on this page looks familiar to me. Does it look familiar to you too? (There's 3 IP addresses to take note of there.) Arcorann (talk) 07:30, 10 January 2024 (UTC)

@Arcorann: A long-winded IP from London with a bee in their bonnet regarding (among other things) Easter calculation? Oh yes! The disruption is still a bit scattered, time- and IP-wise, but I'll keep an eye on the article and oil my clue stick. Favonian (talk) 16:58, 10 January 2024 (UTC)

Accidentally kept vandalism on Roman Shukhevych's page

Hey! Thanks for edit-protecting the article. However, the edit protection you've placed on the page prevents me from undoing the vandalism from the new user and IP address. Would you please revert to the version of the article before the article was vandalized? The article in its current form has a bunch of promotional language. Carlp941 (talk) 15:13, 23 January 2024 (UTC)

@Carlp941: The edits, though questionable, are not vandalism in Wikipedia's definition of the word. As the protecting admin, I therefore have to recuse myself from reverting as I could be accused of taking sides in a dispute. Instead, I recommend that you make an edit request at Talk:Roman Shukhevych. Regards, Favonian (talk) 16:08, 23 January 2024 (UTC)
No worries. Thanks! Carlp941 (talk) 16:30, 23 January 2024 (UTC)

Altered Short Text re: Sysiphus

Someone has changed the text on the short description of Sysiphus that appears in the Wikipedia sidebar of the Firefox search engine. That description reads (as of 01 Feb 2024) as follows:

"In Greek mythology, Sispussy or Sisypuss was the founder and king of Ephyra. He was a devious pedo who killed visitors to show off his big balls." Wikipedia Christian424 (talk) 21:22, 1 February 2024 (UTC)

@Christian424: They must have picked up this version of the article, which existed for all of 17 minutes last Monday before the protection. I don't know how Firefox handles caching, but they'll probably refresh it soon and get an unsullied version. Favonian (talk) 22:17, 1 February 2024 (UTC)

LTA block request

Hi. A while back you blocked the range 89.46.12.0/22 (talk+ · tag · contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RBLs · proxy check · block user · block log · cross-wiki contribs · CheckUser (log)) for 3 months for persistent disruption. This particular user has been at it since 2022 and has made thousands of vandal edits. Some of his other ranges have been blocked as well-[15] +[16]. Unfortunately, he shows no signs of slowing down and is continuing to vandalize with this range as well 93.36.0.0/17 (talk+ · tag · contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RBLs · proxy check · block user · block log · cross-wiki contribs · CheckUser (log)). I was hoping the 93.36/17 range could be blocked as well to prevent disruption. Southasianhistorian8 (talk) 21:12, 30 January 2024 (UTC)

@Southasianhistorian8: Same one alright. Blocked for 3 months. Favonian (talk) 21:45, 30 January 2024 (UTC)
Thanks! Southasianhistorian8 (talk) 01:16, 31 January 2024 (UTC)
Hi Favonian, so I've been following this user's contributions for a while, and he seems to be accessing 5 different 93* ranges along with the 89* range you recently blocked. 3 of the 93* ranges have already been blocked (93.44.../17, a 93.33/16 range and the 93.36 range). These appear to be the last 2 ranges he's abusing 93.45.128.0/18 (talk+ · tag · contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RBLs · proxy check · block user · block log · cross-wiki contribs · CheckUser (log)) and 93.32.128.0/18 (talk+ · tag · contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RBLs · proxy check · block user · block log · cross-wiki contribs · CheckUser (log)). Fingers crossed, but hopefully these 2 ranges being blocked will seriously impede his ability to cause disruption and vandalism. Southasianhistorian8 (talk) 22:55, 2 February 2024 (UTC)

Emmafromtheblock

Why not indef? This user's only edits since their account creation have been attempted death hoaxing, spanning multiple months. This BLP has been the persistent target of death hoaxing (see [17]). Death hoaxing is not just "adding of unsourced content", but a serious BLP vio, and something that warrants indeffing. Hemiauchenia (talk) 20:05, 4 February 2024 (UTC)

@Hemiauchenia: I'm trying to fill this month's quota of assuming good faith. The reason I didn't play the BLP card is that the editor only claims that the actress is retired, not dead. Anyway, if they return to their evil ways, it's curtains. Favonian (talk) 20:09, 4 February 2024 (UTC)
Well, I think you should look at their latest edit [18], clearly WP:NOTHERE. EDIT: They've been indeffed now anyway, so I guess this convo is redundant. Hemiauchenia (talk) 20:10, 4 February 2024 (UTC)

Trouble with Spanish protests

Morning. There has been persistent trouble at the Spanish protests page. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spanish_protests_against_the_amnesty_(2023-2024)

These users, although I think one of them is a sock account, keep saying the protests are still ongoing despite providing no evidence, and this has been ongoing for a little while. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Unidosporasensio https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Dreimouse_in_an_nutshell

Despite being warned in the talk page to provide a source, in the talk page, the user still failed to add a source. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Spanish_protests_against_the_amnesty_(2023-2024)#Protests_ended

Now this new user, though given that this one promoted the same lines as the other one, there is a consistent possibility they are a sock account, has changed the title saying the protests are still ongoing with no evidence given to prove it. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spanish_protests_against_the_amnesty_(2023-2024)&diff=prev&oldid=1205845079

Given that this has been a recurring issue for weeks, and no evidence has come out since November to say these protests are ongoing, I ask that you remove the 2024 statements in this article and revert it back to 2023, ban the users for failing to provide any sources, since this has been ongoing for weeks and they havent given any proof, and move the article to full protection where only admins can edit, since this dispute has gone on long enough and is now causing the page to fall into constant threat of edit warring. Thank you. (2607:FEA8:7221:F600:6D6D:96B4:58C3:9331 (talk) 19:04, 10 February 2024 (UTC))

You said we may need to make it sitewide.... I agree. I don't know how to handle IPv6 blocks correctly though so please check my work. – Muboshgu (talk) 20:42, 17 February 2024 (UTC)

Thanks, Muboshgu! You nailed it. Let's see who gets to revoke their talk page privileges this time. Favonian (talk) 20:44, 17 February 2024 (UTC)
I just changed it from partial to site wide. You did the hard work. – Muboshgu (talk) 20:51, 17 February 2024 (UTC)

Last month you blocked User:MadGeekednow for being a sockpuppet that likes to create new accounts to make the same edits to Kingswood College (South Africa). Even though the page is semi-protected, a new sockpuppet, User:Madgeeki popped up starting a new section on the article's talk page and removing the college from the disambiguation page, [20]. Any help you can assist with this new user would be appreciated. Aspects (talk) 17:17, 18 February 2024 (UTC)

Sock

Good spot with 193.181.34.65‎. Global contributions strongly suggest that it's Kung Hibbe. When they visit with an account there is usually a sleeper around. However, I've not seen them editing as an IP before, and no one has made the edits to pages on my watchlist which usually reveal a sock. Certes (talk) 15:31, 19 February 2024 (UTC)

Protection of Herobrine

Herobrine (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

This page was recently converted from a redirect to a standalone article. Before this, it was placed under indefinite full protection after one (arguably) unconstructive edit from an autoconfirmed account, which was later downgraded to indefinite EC by you. It is unclear to me what ongoing disruption the current level of page protection is currently preventing. I think a downgrade to semiprotection (which existed before the full protection) or unprotection would be more appropriate for this page. What are your thoughts? MaterialsPsych (talk) 02:32, 7 March 2024 (UTC)

 DoneFavonian (talk) 12:31, 7 March 2024 (UTC)

Well done

Thanks for blocking the IP. I had asked Bbb23 to do it himself, but it looks like you gave a range block and that's perfectly fine. Hopefully that IP doesn't strike again. NoobThreePointOh (talk) 14:24, 7 March 2024 (UTC)

My pleasure. I deleted his latest draft as well, but I'm sure he'll be back. Favonian (talk) 14:35, 7 March 2024 (UTC)

That LTA...

@Shearonink: Ah, that's WP:LTA/ARARAT, a person of many fascinations: Armenians (they were everywhere, always) and some weird shit syncretism exemplified by this edit to the pharaonic article. Been around since Noah, who, incidentally ... no, let's not go down that rabbit hole. We hand out protections and blocks with abandon. Favonian (talk) 21:08, 16 March 2024 (UTC)
Bless you kind sir. The repeated Christo-Osiris edits are what caught my attention. Have a great weekend - Shearonink (talk) 22:18, 16 March 2024 (UTC)

2a02:c7c::/32's block at AN

Hi Favonian, I found 2a02:c7c::/32's block settings interesting enough to start a discussion about it; it's at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard § 2a02:c7c::/32 and your input would be welcome. I'm notifying everyone whose name appears in the block log as this is practically a review of a series of admin actions yours was a part of. I hope that, due to the amount of administrators who built the block to the current state, discussing this in a central location directly rather than asking everyone for input on their own talk page is okay. And perhaps there was a past discussion and this is completely unnecessary silliness of me; I apologize in advance if that's the case. Best regards, ~ ToBeFree (talk) 00:11, 25 March 2024 (UTC)

I'm so sorry.

Hi, Favonian. I'm honestly disappointed that these IPs keep doing this to you by sending these annoying messages about the BKFIP. It truly boggles me that these IPs refuse to learn from their mistakes and just never give up. I apologize again. NoobThreePointOh (talk) 10:33, 25 March 2024 (UTC)

No need for you to be disappointed, NoobThreePointOh. The bitterness is strong in this LTA. He's been at it for years, and still we fail to acknowledge his intellectual superiority and integrity, let alone his cheerful disposition. Favonian (talk) 10:41, 25 March 2024 (UTC)
Right. Long-term abuse is always the worst thing to happen, but I guess we can be ready in the next couple of years. Might just have to go through the process of them adding messages on your talk page, us reverting it, rinse and repeat. Pretty annoying, but it may feel so natural later on that it becomes child's play. NoobThreePointOh (talk) 10:45, 25 March 2024 (UTC)

Ah you're paying the price, huh. What they don't know is we get $5 per block and .25c per revdel. Drmies (talk) 12:47, 26 March 2024 (UTC)

There was also a hefty bonus for the community ban. Favonian (talk) 12:48, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
@Drmies @Favonian So, you both get... paid to block and revdel??? I'm a bit dumbfounded. I used to think Wikipedia administrators work for free. NoobThreePointOh (talk) 12:53, 26 March 2024 (UTC)

I may have said "no" to the community ban, I don't know--it's been so long. I can check my bank account, I suppose. I used to defend them on at least a few matters, and then they just spun out of control altogether. Drmies (talk) 12:55, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
Agh! Slap me with a wet trout! I don't know what the heck I'm talking about! NoobThreePointOh (talk) 12:58, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
@Favonian Red alert: I just received a new message on my talk page from an IP which shows it's from the UK, the same place where the BKFIP was at. I'm not sure if this IP is part of the BKFIP IP farm, but can you check to see if it is? This is the IP: 92.29.74.133. Thanks. NoobThreePointOh (talk) 17:25, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
Well, that was fast. NoobThreePointOh (talk) 17:27, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
Plenty of practice. Sad to say, you have now become his new "best friend". Protection of your talk page will be forthcoming, if and when he makes a habit of it. Favonian (talk) 17:28, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
I had learned from NinjaRobotPirate in February however: Just ignore any responses from anybody who sends me whatever, be it death threats or harm. I've basically understood to shrug it off now. NoobThreePointOh (talk) 17:32, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
