Help with creation of user page

Miley Cyrus Filmography

Marian Rivera

Is it me, or do some of them fanboy accounts who edit only on Marian and other showbiz articles, commit username/COI violations, like as in a promotional or some account that is only made to praise and/or edit only at the actress? Blake Gripling (talk) 03:05, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
