Woman in iphone 4 commercial[edit]

I wanted to know who the woman is in the iphone 4 commercial where she's telling her husband about her pregnancy (viewable here) and any tips about finding out these things myself--there's just got to be a database somewhere that casting agents, and other television and movie insiders can look up who X person is that was in this or that thing. I tried looking myself with Google searches.--162.83.164.161 (talk) 12:29, 30 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

One advertisement database site is SplendAd, but it doesn't show any credits for that particular spot. ---Sluzzelin talk 13:00, 30 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The Screen Actors Guild in the US has a service where you can call them on the phone and ask for the contact information of the agent of any SAG actor, and they'll give it to you. They may have some sort of database with all the advertisement credits of all SAG actors but I've never asked. That is where I would start. Of course, if you're just idly curious, and are not a producer looking to hire an actor, SAG may not cooperate. Comet Tuttle (talk) 16:43, 30 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Try finding out the advertising agency that did it, then ask them. 92.29.127.162 (talk) 18:06, 1 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Apple's ads are typically done by TBWA\Chiat\Day. (Not sure about that specific one.) Staecker (talk) 02:24, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

German band Walpurgis[edit]

I was looking for videos of a pretty obscure Moody Blues song called Leave This Man Alone and found a video of a German or Swiss band called Walpurgis doing a cover of it. The band was competent, but the singer was not so good. I'm intrigued by their choice of cover song, since the Moody Blues aren't generally known to be hard rockin' tough guys. :At any rate, anyone heard of them? Any clue who they are and when they were active. I haven't found much online. Aaronite (talk) 17:53, 30 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Prog archives have some data, links, and comments on the band (including: "Walpurgis is a band from Germany who didn't make it on market, both comercialy and musicaly" (sic)) ---Sluzzelin talk 19:10, 30 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
