I am an Excelero employee. I would like to amend the text to not include copyrighted text. Please restore to my personal page. Hi Etraitel, as noted above, this was speedy deleted as A7, a business that doesn't establish how it's notable per notability guidelines for corporations, and G12, copyright violations. As such, it cannot be restored here and you would have to ask Yunshui for it to be restored. I do need to caution you that it's heavily discouraged for people to edit with a conflict of interest on Wikipedia because it's very easy to write a non-neutral article. I also must caution you that it's very difficult for businesses to pass notability guidelines for corporations because you would need to have a lot of independent and reliable coverage that goes beyond routine coverage or mentions in passing. Primary sources such as press releases or anything released by the company itself or people/organizations/businesses affiliated with them would not be able to establish notability, regardless of the company's accomplishments or success. It's actually pretty common for even multi-million or billion dollar businesses to fail notability guidelines because they don't have the coverage.
My recommendation is that if you're still interested in writing about the company, that you go through the Articles for Creation process, where prospective articles put through this process are reviewed to ensure neutrality and notability prior to publication. If the article needs to be edited and resubmitted you'll be notified and given a chance to improve the draft. ReaderofthePack (｡◕‿◕｡) 19:23, 23 August 2018 (UTC)

Ammar Campa-Najjar

The subject is a noteworthy candidate for federal office in California. The outcome of the previous deletion discussions failed to recognize that Ammar Campa-Najjar is exceptionally notable for a first-time congressional candidate, because they ignored the fact that the ongoing CA50 congressional race is exceptionally notable. Campa-Najjar's opponent is under federal investigation. Following the indictment of Duncan Hunter, the race has increasingly received nationwide attention. Even as a "redirect" link, Campa-Najjar's Wikipedia page is receiving thousands of hits per day. This was a PROD that slipped under the radar and has just come to my attention in a discussion of articles that were deleted that shouldn't have been. Bornstein is an extremely prominent lawyer in Australia - he's on the national news on a regular basis and has even been the subject of a TV miniseries. My apologies, I must have marked for restore wrong draft since the one I last submitted is much longer then 2 sentences. It has/had at least 30 references in it along with at least one table.
I will look to see if I marked the correct one. Nevertheless, I plan on editing it a bit further and submitting it to be reviewed. This means that in order to use it the image has to fit a very, very specific set of usage guidelines. Most of the time, non-free images won't meet this criteria. It looks like you have a history of doing this so I really, really need to warn you that Wikipedia takes these guidelines seriously. Media Play News

Media Play News is a legitimate news source with a daily newsletter, constantly updated webside and monthly print magazine that is also available in digital form. Articles from Media Play News are routinely included in Google News and have been cited in various news sources. I fail to understand why even minor movies get their own wikipedia page and yet an ongoing venture such as Media Play News gets deleted. Do a Google News or regular Google search for "Media Play News" and you will find hundreds of citations or references. —Tkarnold (talk) 15:44, 29 August 2018 (UTC)

Prince Philippos of Greece and Denmark

Some have argued that The Prince is not a notable figure, but as His Royal Highness is the son of a King, nephew of two Queen's, first cousin of a King, and first cousin of another future King, I beg to differ. Prince Philippos, though maintaining a quiet private life, attends high profile royal events. If he is notable enough to attend these, why is he not notable enough for a Wikipedia page? The Wikipedia notability policy does not take into account royalty and nobility which is entirely based off of inherited notability. As for using blogs as references, I understand this is not acceptable on Wikipedia, and other sources may be found to support the biography of this notable young Prince. —Richiepip (talk) 16:37, 30 August 2018 (UTC)

It certainly isn't going to be restored just because you think the subject is notable as a royal. The Greek monarchy was abolished in 1973 and he works as a hedge fund analyst. I was on sabbatical from January to June 2018, including 3 months at Visva Bharati university in rural India, where I discovered, on arrival, that I could not get wifi and internet access on most days. During that time, my York University email and other accounts were deemed to be compromised, and it took me 3 weeks to regain access them, even though, after India, I went to be a visiting professor at Monash in Australia, for April, with reliable internet.

My circumstances meant that I could not work on Elly Zupko's page.

While in India, I actually organized a wikipedia editathon, which was registered as a wikimedia India project, During my workshop in March, the main hard-wire high speed internet cable to Kolkata from the central computer classroom actually went down twice!   • Hi Davis Lewis, it looks like the draft was never submitted for review - I'm willing to restore it, but this draft will need a lot of work before it's ready to be accepted. The page is fairly promotional in tone and has no coverage from independent, reliable sources that could establish notability, as the sourcing is almost entirely taken from the company's website or social media sites or places that wouldn't be seen as notability-giving on Wikipedia. The promotional tones are also a big issue, as things like "making it a good source for advertisement and commercials" are very, very promotional and would need to be completely removed from the article. As it stands, much of the draft would need to be either removed or re-written so I want to make sure that you're aware of the further work that needs to be done before restoring. I could not possibly have closed otherwise, and I think on the basis of experience that this is what you will be told as Deletion Review. Looking again at the material, if you want to try a new article, I do not see the point of trying to make an article until you have substantially better references providing substantial coverage from third-party independent reliable sources, that report significant accomplishments, not trivia, and until you learn to in an NPOV manner. As Graeme has indicated, the barrier of acceptance for autobiographies is quite high, because of the obvious difficulty of writing objectively about oneself.
