Qaleh Qafeh (Persian: قلعه قافه)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Qaleh Qafeh Rural District[4] of the Central District of Minudasht County, Golestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,326 in 317 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,596 people in 386 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,409 people in 388 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
