DB discussion
[edit]Benny Reid is an established jazz artist with one of the top indie recording labels in the world, Concord Music Group. This is his second release on the Concord Jazz label.

way too much hype, and none of it sourced
[edit]this article has one source and until I deleted most of it an incredible amount of hype about his band, music and albums, all of which were unsourced. His second album alone had a play by play description about each track similar to what one would find on a record label sell page. The 'gear list' therefore was removed for appearing nothing more than product placement, as by the overall promotional tone and hard sell of the tracks on his album, it seems natural to infer that the person who created it has an interest in using this page as a means to push Benny's career and endorsers, rather than provide a neutral point of view article on him. The information needs to be presented with independent sources and in a neutral tone. The issue here is not Benny or his being on Concord, the issue is how this information has been presented and sourced to fit in WIKI guidelines. Tjcam (talk) 22:16, 27 March 2014 (UTC)
