Page Move

[edit]

The original american title is Lufia & the Fortress of Doom not Lufia and the Fortress of Doom if anyone's interested. See: [1] [2]--analoguedragon 10:32, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

In that case, maybe the page should be moved? I don't know CVG naming conventions by heart... Y0u (Y0ur talk page) (Y0ur contributions) 12:26, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Personally, I think it should be moved. But I wanted to hear more opinions... that's why I brought this up--analoguedragon 16:00, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
If the official name uses the "&", then go ahead. Thunderbrand 18:39, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
OK. Went ahead and made the change.--analoguedragon 19:47, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
And I changed Wikipedia:Gaming Collaboration of the week/current to reflect the move. --Optichan 16:00, 19 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Canceled Sega Genesis version?

[edit]

I read once on some list of Sega Genesis games that a version of this was once planned for the Sega Genesis/Megadrive, but that's the only place I've heard of it. Can anyone confirm/disconfirm this? Y0u (Y0ur talk page) (Y0ur contributions) 22:23, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

A google search I did brings up a couple hits, both saying it was cancelled. [3] Thunderbrand 01:02, 19 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Just to warn you, do NOT just toss a bunch of lists on the article. For instance, in regard to Wario, every power he can use it not listed, but examples of different variations of powers (hats, status effects, etc.) are. - A Link to the Past (talk) 02:17, 21 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Lufia & the Fortress of Doom Screen01.gif

[edit]

Image:Lufia & the Fortress of Doom Screen01.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Characters' Ages

[edit]

This information is not listed in the English version of the game or manual (the protagonist actually says he is 16 early on in the game, however none of the other characters' ages are ever specified). I have played about 1/3 of the way through the Japanese version of the game and can verify that this isn't included in any sort of pre-game intro that was cut from the American release. The only source I've been able to find for this information is a fansite that links off the main Lufia article. Until a reliable source can be found the information must be treated as speculation and as such I'm removing it for now.

Looks Good

[edit]

Wow, its nice to see that somebody's been doing some work on this under rated series. Keep it up.
