Sequel[edit]

Why have they jumped to the storyline from Street Fighter 2; the world warrior? I know SF:AF was basically the timeline of the Alpha series of games and prior, but what about Ryu's participation in the competition wherein he gave Sagat his scar with his Sho-ryu-ken move that won him the contest in the first Street Fighter tournament before SF:2 The World Warrior? They are so close to the game's timeline in this movie adaption, why mess it up by omitting that major part of the back-story? Has there been mention of a plan to put in a blurb about this occurrence on the way to the SF:2 era tournament? 66.96.79.217 (talk) 01:47, 23 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
