What should I do?
Don't panic; you should have time to contest the deletion (although please review deletion guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.
User:Terrencewiki identified himself as the subject of this article when he uploaded a photo of himself, specifically identified it as a self-portrait, and then claimed it as his own work. Oops. Undisclosed COI editing is prohibited. I also see st least one very suspicious SPA that edited this article a few years ago.
