Decided: The calendar date (in UTC) when the case was decided. If the case did not reach a decision, it will be Closed instead. If the case involved an administrator "retiring", it will be "Deopped" instead.
Abbrev.: A shorthand abbreviation of the casename. See ArbCaseAbv for more details.
Type: The type of case it is:
Admin: A case centred around the conduct of one or more administrators.
Dispute: A case that examines an intractible dispute between two or more editors directly.
Editor: A case about the (non-administrative) misconduct of an editor.
Functionary: A case centred around misuse of Suppressor or Checkuser permissions.
Omnibus: A case about misconduct in a topic area writ large.
Other: Any case that doesn't fall into one of the categories above.
Remedy name: The name of the remedy (or a description of it, for earlier cases which did not have sectioned remedies).
Remedy (in modern terms): Basically my best attempt to explain, in plain English and modern understanding, what the remedy means.
If this section has a coloured background, the colour indicates its status or origin:
Yellow (#FFFF00) is a temporary injunction issued mid-case.
Blue (#00BFFF) is a post-close amendment or motion.
Red (#CD5C5C) is a remedy that has since been rescinded or otherwise is wholly reliant on previous remedies that are themselves rescinded.
Green (#32CD32) is a remedy whose wording was amended post-close, either due to an amendment/motion or due to changes in process (such as Discretionary Sanctions to Contentious Topic).
Brown (#D2691E) is suspended or in abeyence, usually as part of a period where a remedy has been appealed.
Amended/Enacted: If a remedy was added or amended post-close, this will be the calendar date (in UTC) when the remedy was modified or took effect.
Rescinded: If a remedy was terminated, this will be the calendar date (in UTC) when the remedy was ended.
Enforceable?: Indicates whether a given remedy can be invoked at WP:AE. Any remedy that predates April 2006 and was not still in force by then predates AE entirely.
Sup/Opp/Abs/Rcs: The vote totals for a remedy (Support, Oppose, Abstain, Recused).
Any case that has been courtesy-blanked or closed without action will be given a very brief description and nothing further.
KyndFellow is indefinitely topic-banned from the sex tourism topic area for high conflict-of-interest, including spamming his own websites on the topic. It is presumed that articles regarding any person, business,[ service, accommodation] or sex tourism destination mentioned on his websites are related articles, but the ban extends to all articles which relate to sexual services or sex tourism destinations.

Motion
The remedies above are suspended for 90 days from the date of this motion. Any editor previously sanctioned under either may edit in the topic area as though their ban was not in force, provided they only use one account to do so. Any disruption will result in the offender's topic-ban being reinstated or (if that is not feasible) an equivalent sanction being applied. At the end of those 90 days, a request may be made at WP:Arbitration/Requests/Clarification and amendment to formally rescind the topic-bans. (To my knowledge a follow-up ARCA request was not made.)
Richardmalter and any user or IP that behaves as he does are indefinitely topic-banned from the Yoshiaki Omura topic area. All accounts and IPs that breach this ban are to be logged on the case page. (The second remedy is just a clarification of the topic area that, while necessary at the time, would be unneeded today.)

Being part of the solution
ArbCom turns its gaze to the users who contributed to the noticeboard threads that led to this case and exacerbated the situation. They are encouraged to be more insightful and helpful in the future.
(This case was deliberated in camera and its public-facing pages have been courtesy-blanked for the privacy of Nathanrdotcom. ArbCom confirms his indefinite block, converting it into an indefinite Arbitration siteban.)
For the purposes of the interaction ban, any edits to articles where WLU or Mystar had previously been in conflict will be considered interaction with the other party. In essence, this topic-bans WLU and Mystar from articles they've fought over.
All accounts whose sole purpose is editing about Derek Smart are at 0RR on Derek Smart. Any editors that fit the description and make a revert will first be given a link to this remedy and pointers to either the talk page or to the Volunteer Responce Team. Further reverts are to be met by blocks, with length left to administrator discretion. Enforcement of this remedy should be done by users who haven't been involved in any of the article's content or conduct discussions.

ArbCom explicitly notes that BLP applies here and grants permission for pages to be deleted as necessary to enforce it, including the project pages and talk pages of this Arbitration proceeding.
Provided the person being sanctioned has been alerted to the existence of this remedy, any administrator may summarily sanction a user who disrupts pages and discussions related to India, Pakistan, or Afghanistan (hereafter "the IP area") as they see fit. Any sanctions or warnings issued this way (both directly and consequentially) must be logged on the case page/centralised log, and for the first year they can only be appealed to WP:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement or to ArbCom directly. (See WP:Contentious topics for more details.)

Scope: Deletion/undeletion wheel war over the Daniel Brandt article
CT?: No
(The Daniel Brandt in question is notthe German musician. This case was opened via deus ex Jimbo and was sparked over a wheel war from a content dispute. While Jimbo noted that some of the administrator actions taken were done in an attempt to de-escalate the dispute, the relentless wheel warring made it impossible to tell who was acting in good faith or not.)
