Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit Wikipedia too, under the username Bryce53. Wikipedia is an all-volunteer operation and I am one of the many volunteers here who watch for unconstructive edits. Everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, but I noticed that one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to High-speed rail in Australia with this edit, appeared to be unconstructive. I have reverted it and ask that in the future you please use the sandbox for test edits, not encyclopedia articles. For constructive edits, always provide an informative edit summary so that other editors like me have a brief description of your intentions. If you have questions about editing Wikipedia, you might want to take a look at this tutorial. Also, feel free to ask me questions about editing Wikipedia (or anything else) on my talk page. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at High-speed rail in Australia. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. I, Jethrobot drop me a line (note: not a bot!) 06:04, 20 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Pope

[edit]

Sorry, I had to revert your capitalisation edit. The New Oxford Dictionary for Writers and Editors says at p 296 "pope cap in titles and the Pope; lower case of the office and of more than one holder" Cheers, Bjenks (talk) 05:14, 20 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Widr. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Information Technology Infrastructure Library because it didn't appear constructive. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Widr (talk) 08:21, 12 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Your recent editing history at 2014 Crimean crisis shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. – FenixFeather (talk)(Contribs) 22:23, 10 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Donner60. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made with this edit to Hobart bid for the 2022 Summer Youth Olympic Games, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Donner60 (talk) 07:39, 30 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Hobart bid for the 2022 Summer Youth Olympic Games. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Materialscientist (talk) 07:52, 30 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Patrick Cripps. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Jevansen (talk) 06:49, 9 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
