Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Johannes Quack (organist) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. A tag has been placed on Soundslice, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. Information icon Hello, I'm Intforce. I noticed that you recently removed content from Nocturnes (Chopin) without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. intforce (talk) 16:02, 20 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Unprotect this page so I can edit it. I wanted to replace every incipit image with scorewriter-quality images. 301fieriw (talk) 13:31, 22 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I wanted to edit. I am a beginner at editing. 301fieriw (talk) 05:38, 29 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. 331dot (talk) 08:52, 29 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

The mistake I made was disruptive editing. I promise that I will no longer do any mistake while editing. I will make acceptable edits. 301fieriw (talk) 08:22, 1 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This is generic unblock request that could apply to anyone. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 19:59, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

The block is no longer necessary. It's been a long time since I have been blocked. 301fieriw (talk) 16:01, 7 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

In your next unblock request, you should say what you did wrong, what you will do instead of repeatting your mistakes, and what edits you want to make, if unblocked. PhilKnight (talk) 18:03, 7 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock discussion

[edit]

Please describe clearly and concisely how your editing was disruptive, what you would do different, and what constructive edits you would make. Thanks. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 16:34, 7 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

It's been a long time since I have been blocked. The block is no longer necessary. Not only pages I've tried to create speedily deleted, my bad edits demonstrated unfathomable levels of arrogance. Instead of making those bad edits, I will think before making an edit. When unblocked, I will correct spelling and grammar mistakes. I will also add extra detail for clarity to stub articles. I promise to make good edits, like those which understand the point of things. I may try to understand things. I will ask nicely about something in a Wikipedia article which is difficult to understand. And when the person who created or last edited the article tells me, I will edit the article to make it simple. Please unblock me. For example, when an article says 'friut', I will make it 'fruit'. 301fieriw (talk) 06:07, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. This unblock request has been open for more than two weeks but has not proven sufficient for any reviewing administrator to take action, or you have not responded to questions raised during that time. You are welcome to request a new block review if you substantially reword your request.

Yamla (talk) 19:19, 6 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • 301fieriw, can you provide an example of the kind of edit you want to make? I'm concerned that many of the edits that you made prior to getting blocked seemed to not understand the point of things like {{music}}. It's not that I think you intend to cause problems, but I worry you may do so inadvertently because you don't understand things and don't stop to ask. (I'm also not sure what you were doing with posts like this: Talk:Tenjiku_shogi#Mnemonic_device_piece_set.) ♠PMC(talk) 21:14, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
    • If this edit was intended as a response to my question, it's not a reassuring one, unfortunately. It does not answer my question and raises questions about your ability to understand the project well enough to edit it responsibly. ♠PMC(talk) 23:40, 24 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Procedural decline. You already have an open unblock request. If that's insufficiently convincing for any admin to take action, you should edit that unblock request rather than posting a second, simultaneous, unblock request. Yamla (talk) 11:50, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
