Adding block notices[edit]

I see you added a block notice to an IP's talk page here. You need to be an administrator in order to issue blocks, and adding a block notice does not issue a block - the page Special:Blockip does. Please don't add block notices in future as you aren't an administrator. If you want to request that a user be blocked for blatant vandalism, the place to go is WP:AIV. Feel free to ask me if you have any further questions. Hut 8.5 17:24, 2 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

Autoblock of 70.17.182.110 lifted or expired.

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 17:50, 3 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

WP:AIV report[edit]

I have declined your report of VoABot II (talk · contribs) as this is a vandal reverting bot (it is not human) and it would be highly unusual for it to engage in vandalism, I can find no evidence of it malfunctioning in any way. If you have any problems with the edits this bot is making, please contact the bot owner Voice of All (talk · contribs). Camaron | Chris (talk) 18:13, 3 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Block message:

Autoblocked because your IP address was recently used by "Gsnguy5". The reason given for Gsnguy5's block is: "Vandalism-only account".

Decline reason: This IP was hard blocked by a checkuser. I will ask Alison to review your request - it's strongly frowned on admins undoing checkuser blocks. — B (talk) 04:13, 8 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Also, please remove the sockpuppet tags of Gsnguy. I am not Gsnguy!! And that is final!

Absolutely not. I'm the checkuser that ran your RFCU case and I'm 100% certain that you're Gsnguy. Hence, also, the autoblock - Alison 07:39, 8 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
