Navabar[edit]

Was the navigation bar you created stolen from User:AHLU? MHLUtalk 02:10, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Archiving[edit]

Very simple - you simply create a new file name - cut and paste from your talk page and put it in - cheers happy new year SatuSuro 03:09, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm tremendously confused here because 1. I didn't know you knew the website www.rcdb.com. 2. I didn't knew you and AHLU had the same navatools. HTH, MHLUtalk 05:33, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You can't use the Bureau of Meteorology's logo as it's copyright meaning it's uploaded on Wikipedia for use only (IE: Fair-use) in the Bureau of Meteorology article and can't be used on any other article or userpage. The same goes for the cricinfo logo. Bidgee (talk) 05:14, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ok i'll deleted them :S Aaroncrick (talk) 05:38, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Happy new year, i've just noticed your fantastic work on cricket articles! By the way do you go for the Aussies or India? Aaroncrick (talk) 10:17, 2 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, Australia in the general history of it, particularly the olden day teams, although not this current team. I can't stand Ponting. Although I think the Indian media is even worse quality than the Australian tabloid press and can't stand them, especially the really bad television commentators they have. Although the Indians who write for Cricinfo, as with all of the Cricinfo staff are tremendous. I do wonder why the Indian media go so soft on their players for being so lazy though. Deificiation for you. YellowMonkey (bananabucket) 03:27, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I should start carrying on my blog like Neil Harvey! How I'd like to see the likes of Alan Davidson and Stan McCabe in action! YellowMonkey (bananabucket) 02:35, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

response[edit]

Hi. I've posted a comprehensive reply underneath your question on my talkpage. I don't get a lot of posts on my talkpage, but when I do I generally reply immediately underneath, rather than on the other party's talkpage - just in order to keep the dialogue 'self-contained' so the Q and the A are together.GlenDillon 07:46, 11 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Its a bit like[edit]

Measuring the Tamar river - do you do it along the edge or down the middle, um er differences in counts are due usually to the number of deleted edits. Some counters are polite enough to show the diff - in some terms I am a 45,000 edit editor, and in others 46,000 - I have contributed in my time to edits/articles that have been deleted - now over 800 i think. Nothing to sweat about, cheers SatuSuro 02:55, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hardly - some judge wp involvement by FA and GA - all that does is attract ego ridden flies, others by RFA - that attracts drive by shootings from people who dont know any better - and some by the number of people now out (I know more people who have left editing than are current) - and even more some judge by edit counts - some by DYK - I think in the end if you help the poor critters who read it as an online encyc - if they actually find something out that isnt ridden with non english or bad article tags - well thats is it in the end - and if the tamar river has islands - maybe they are not notable - but hey some editors seem strongly driven to identify every bit of named land or object on the planet - whatever - real life is far more important SatuSuro 03:09, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hell[edit]

You gotta do the series of questions - is it really notable? do you have a good mix of RS, are they easily V, and are you thinking of the whole of Tas - would it be better to have the major ones in one art? I would think that the big problem with it is lack of adequeate RS. One rule of thumb - is something has been deleted - try something else for a while - go back later with good refs - mix of online and text SatuSuro 03:16, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Heheh months or years mate - I have left items at either project or article pages of tassie arts - and no comment in 15 months plus on some - it might not stink but it is dead :) - the number of dead and inactive project on wp will increase as the current downturn in involvement continues - admins quit, eds dissapear etc etc - so you gotta maintain a sense of humour - either the chairs on the titanic or the window blind attached to the morse machine in on the beach by neville shute - its about the same :) SatuSuro 03:26, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This has got nothing to do with hell - I'm just posting under Sat's messages 'cause I don't want to start a new section. A question for you this time - how easy would it be for you to shoot a couple of decent photos of the model of the bridge disaster in the Hobart museum? Mine are pretty bad cause they're just frozen frames from my digital video and there were other people standing on the other side of the glass. Its just a thought. I'm about 3,000 kms out of range. Not an urgent matter - just sometime in the next year perhaps? Just saw the list of your articles created. Good for WP:Tas. Made a couple of tweaks to the zoo article. Tried hard, but couldn't find any supporting evidence for your claims in the footy link, apart from animals in the team perhaps - so I had to remove it! --GlenDillon 12:14, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have some off shots taken while actually driving over the reconstructed bridge from from when i was there recently if either of you guys want extras for any reasons SatuSuro 13:54, 12 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Haha what footy link? Can't remember putting that in?? My mistake. I can't because i'm only young. Aaroncrick (talk) 02:11, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Queenstown oval[edit]

Is very close to speed delete - the photo is too big and the lack of text would be enough to fall under the guidelines for speedies - you need to reduce the size of the photo and find some refs and add text and also find some categories - for heavens sake! maybe famous but there is not a sign of anything that supports that in the text. hmmm SatuSuro 04:21, 13 January 2009 (UTC) Same with bay of fires - dont be suprised if someone tries speedies - oversized photos (this is an online encyclopedia not a bloody photo gallery ) and lack of links or text or refs - please be more careful SatuSuro 04:36, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

On the new page creation - top, above the box in which you put material - it has the following:- Articles that are created without references, or have extremely little content, are likely to be deleted very quickly (possibly within a few minutes). To avoid this, make sure the article includes references to reliable, published sources before clicking "Save page". please try exactly that SatuSuro 04:46, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Nah dont worry - it looks a lot better - it all works out in the end - please do the same for the bay of fires art! SatuSuro 07:35, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bit better?? Aaroncrick (talk) 07:49, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yup = doing v well in your cleanup - :) - try looking for links in the lead sentence and para of the bay of fires art - there are sure to be some - cheers and thanks for your response SatuSuro 07:50, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ok ypou now have a category as well - st marys triabunna swansea st helens and all the bits in between can be added - (if you wanna do that at all) im off for a while now cheers SatuSuro 08:01, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

image hint[edit]

Hi. Noticed that you had changed the image in the Tasman Bridge article (not the disaster article) and another editor quickly reverted your change. Thought I'd offer a couple of (hopefully helpful) suggestions in case you were wondering why your edit was reverted. Of course I don't actually know what motivated the reverting editor, but I'd guess the following: 1) you didn't explain (in the edit summary) why you changed the image in the first place. Unusual for you because your edit summaries are normally comprehensive. 2) the image you inserted wasn't bad, but it didn't show quite enough detail of the bridge i.e. it needed some cropping and even some brightness/contrast enhancement. Basically - the bridge was just too distant (this is only my opinion of course). Actually - the image you replaced, and which is back there now - is probably a bit too 'close' itself ie it shows the bridge from an unusual angle and under unusual lighting conditions - which doesn't give a good picture of the entire bridge and its geographical context. Generally, with bridge photos - I find the best all-round angle is a 3/4 shot - from one end - which covers the whole bridge whilst still giving some detail of the construction method close-up. Of course, all of this is a matter of style and preference rather than rules/policy of course! GlenDillon 14:30, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yep i understand, both images weren't really good. Aaroncrick (talk) 10:36, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Cricket edits[edit]

Are there any articles you recommend i do some editing to? Aaroncrick (Tassie Talk) 12:06, 25 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

{{Invincibles Advert}} has quite a few. Some of the articles still have big holes in them. Hassett, Loxton and the main article in my opinion. I guess that's the main one because we are doing OK on the progress. Maybe we should rally the troops for another push. Also I went to the nets on Sunday. Got some photos. Should be uploading them soon. YellowMonkey (click here to vote for world cycling's #1 model!) 02:09, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Can't wait to see the photos, and thanks for the edits on York Park. Many (Most!) of the photos on cricket players have been taken by you! Sorry couldn't reply on you talk page, because the internet has gone slow and your talk page won't fully load. =) Aaroncrick (Tassie Talk) 07:12, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Uploaded a pile. Yes, I guess the photo poll must be causing some grief. Also, the same will be happening for the cricket albeit on a smaller scale. There are alternative pics for most of the various poses already uploaded. YellowMonkey (click here to vote for world cycling's #1 model!) 03:29, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Great! Saw the photos you added to Ponting's article. Fantastic Job, I'm currently adding statistical graphs to his page, but it's taking a long time because many sources are talking minutes to load :(. Hot over in Adelaide today, 45 degrees! People come people go[edit]

There are very few apart from chuq who actually stay and plod on regardless - they probably have lives outside of wikipedia :) - I was wandering through lonnie and down south (hobart) over christmas on a very quick trip (family wedding) and took a few piccies and caught up with a few friends from 20 +years ago - but it always takes time to get back into the detail - and actually to get back into the articles - another thing again. SatuSuro 12:51, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wedding only v short time one saturday afternoon (was staying with one of my friends of 25+ years ago from time shared in Queenstown lives in devonport) - the reception was in the badlands 30+ north east of town and we (my wife and i) stayed in a very secluded cottage on the east bank of the tamar closer to bell bay (ie in gunns effluent zone) than lonnie - I spent more time in zeehan this time than any other - first time stay in probably my whole life - being a queenie based person of the past - great drinking with some real wits of zeehan infront of a log fire (december mind you) in a pub - i got hailed on when i tried to get some digital shots of the west coast range - bah SatuSuro 13:10, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dont tell me what makes front page stories - I used to run a west coast newspaper in the deep dark past for a short while and one of the guys in zeehan i was drinking with a few weeks back is the current runner of a west coast rag - hey man - the current paper guy could make a ram raid on an atm life shattering event and front page. west coast stuff is very diff from the lowlands of lonnie that is for sure :) SatuSuro 13:23, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for the delay. I'm just busy ATM and just got home after working out in 40°C heat in the sun, so I'm quite tired ATM. For the images to be used 'James D Photography you can ask them to remove the restrictive copyright by making the images CC-BY (Creative Commons Attribution) or CC-BY-SA (Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike) as then all you would have to do is upload the images using the Flickr upload page on Commons or you could get 'James D Photography to email OTRS (Open-source Ticket Request System) and you can uploaded the images with what is detailed on the OTRS page I've linked. Bidgee (talk) 05:10, 3 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yep. In the Riverina. I'm really over this heatwave but Sydney (Media) is whinging about 28°C on the Coast and 34°C in te western suburbs (I'll be happy to have 34°C after having to put up with 37°C+)! At 7pm it was still 38°C but has now just dropped to 31°C with the wind shifting from the SW to the NE and an increase (24% increase of humidity which is now sitting on 39% after sitting on 15% most of the day) moisture as well (IE: trough of low pressure was to the NE of me most of the day but has wiggled back overhead). Any way enough of my ranting about Sydney media and Meteorological talk. :) Bidgee (talk) 09:32, 3 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Launceston, Tasmania record[edit]

The station the 39°C was recorded is the station we use for the record. Just that temperatures do vary from site to site (Just look at Ti-Tree and the Airport for an example) and the Pumping station has been closed (since 1980) so it's not the best to use. If you can find a news source or even a BoM media release I'll be happy to use that. Bidgee (talk) 04:59, 9 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Nice find[1]! Closet fire is to my SE approximately 30km away but is now undercontrol and the Beechworth fire is approximately 140 - 200km to my S/SE but is likely to head near Albury/Wodonga in the next 2 or 3 days if the fire isn't controlled by then and if the weather forecast of winds are correct. If the fire reaches Albury/Wodonga, Wagga and area to the south of Wagga could be in for some issues but it's really up to the weather ATM. Still smokey here but visibility is better (5-10% improvement to yesterday) but the smell is stronger. Bidgee (talk) 05:40, 9 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your revert to Djanga[edit]

Djanga's addition of a red link to York Park is nicely covered by the part of Wikipedia:Red link that says

"Please do create red links to articles you intend to create, technical terms that deserve more treatment than just a dictionary definition, or topics which should obviously have articles."

On the other hand, your revert is addressed by the bit that says

"Red links should not be removed from articles if they link to something that could plausibly sustain an article."

I think you mighta made a mistake here. Hesperian 05:15, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In that case give it a break (tassie) - we need a live wiki presence on the north coast - do cricket whatever to want to stay one - we need live eds in tas (sometimes the hobart ones are in deathly silence apart from noodle's panoramic eos shots) v imp stay around pls! Anyone with courage and determination to get a Tasmanian art to GA needs one of these - well done! SatuSuro 14:56, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well we have many small town arts that are one liners - either we need to get a bit more into each of them to make them worthy stubs - or if you are into the one art needs doing style ed - there are some north west coast arts that desperately call out for some cleanup and wikifying.SatuSuro 23:04, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair enough if you want - there are messes of the old hydro towns in the central highlands, and north west towns that need genuine WP:RS and more care than the west coasters really - as most of them have content already - the nor westers and highlanders a bit thin in parts SatuSuro 03:37, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sabina Park[edit]

Sorry, unfortunately I don't. Maybe you can peruse the internet and see what you can find? I'll let you know if I find anything. Orane (talk) 06:26, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oh well, I'm just cleaning up all the cricket ground articles in the West Indies, and this was one of the grounds that didn't have an image. Make sure you and your mates go and support the Windies when they visit Jamaica next, probably not until June or July. As I love watching the crowds over there, but they have been very sparse of recent years, especially at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, where the crowds are pathetic. Enough rambling on, as your probably wondering about what cricket is, as I've heard that Basketball and Baseball is taking over. Ah well, Thanks. Aaroncrick(Tassie talk) 06:33, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I've been so out of touch with cricket since coming to Canada. I need to get back in the groove. I haven't even played itin a couple years lol. None of my friends know what it is. I have to explain it to them: "Like baseball, but better". hahah Orane (talk) 03:31, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Aaroncrick. I just reviewed York Park at FAC, and I have serious concerns about the level of sourcing, and how those sources were properly used. Unfortunately, I feel these concerns are severe enough to threaten the article's GA status. I am not a GA regular, so I have created a community reassessment page to ask for other opinions Wikipedia:Good article reassessment/York Park/1. I think that fixing these concerns could take a significant amount of time. I encourage you to address them to the best of your ability; if the article is delisted from GA there is nothing stopping you from renominating it once all of the problems have been fixed. Karanacs (talk) 22:05, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It's very hard to find references for Tasmanian related arts. Aaroncrick(Tassie talk) 03:36, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Rubbish - you just have to try harder - for a start - go to your public library and try the local history section - books - not web sources are available :) - also If I live in Western Australia and happen to have over a 1,000 items about tasmania - simply from living there on the west coast in the mid 70's, and about 5 visits since - there is the issue that there are more books written about tasmania than any other part of australia - if you want help to source some sources (sic) just ask :) SatuSuro 07:08, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I am about to hop into my pool ( I am hot and my fire brigdae training earlier in day has addled my head) later tonight - and off wiki would be best :) SatuSuro 07:56, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well York Park then! Can't think of anywhere else to look for info for the transport section. Aaroncrick(Tassie talk) 08:02, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm snooping through for internet refs and it's interesting to note that there are a few articles that have wording copied from wikpedia (Not including Wapedia and the others that are direct copies of wiki) Sites such as; Pitchcare and the AFL website come to mind. --Aaroncrick(Tassie talk) 08:16, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Not unusual that, the internet encourages such laziness. Following up on the sources thing, I think that The Robins, 1899-1990: A History of the North Launceston Football Club which is available from the club at York Park, and The Diaries of John Helder Wedge, 1824-1835, Annual report / York Park and Inveresk Precinct Authority (refs section, Launceston library, various years), What's happening at Inveresk, Launceston, Tasmania (various editions again at the library) all would be helpful. Libraries, particularly the reference section at the state library, are a goldmine of information. - Peripitus (Talk) 11:25, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

For sources best place is to look is the local library since not only will they have books but also should have an archive of newspapers and maybe a local studies room (If your lucky). Bidgee (talk) 11:38, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Chin up. A local general history book should have info on building of notable things, ie, any major sports stadium. YellowMonkey (click here to vote for world cycling's #1 model!) 08:21, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Revert[edit]

I reverted a spelling correction of yours to article First Anglo-Afghan War. If you see the context you'll realise that they were in quotes and reflected the original spelling of the Battle Honour. They were not typos. AshLin (talk) 19:03, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there ![edit]

Hi and thanks for that template in my talk page :) I just wanna tell you that the Melbourne article is vandalized numerous times, as you know, I just imprived the article by adding appropriate images (unexplained remooval) and its really a desaster when I leaves to drink a tea cup. Please sir if you can block the article or requesting it to an administrator, it will be better; thank you.DutchSupremacy (talk) 04:59, 1 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Got it now! lol Aaroncrick(Tassie Boy talk) 09:38, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Blocked the guy and replied on talk. Watch out for that article, especially Yousaf465 (talk · contribs) per my post. He usually keeps adding conspiracy theories everywhere blaming India/Israel each time there is an attack, citing some Pakistani conspiracy theory. YellowMonkey (click here to vote for world cycling's #1 model!) 07:20, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
replied on your talkpage. Yousaf465 (talk · contribs) contribs have been very strange. Especially saying that the terrorists "seem to belong to southern or western Indian states" Aaroncrick(Tassie Boy talk) 09:38, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
That's quite normal for him, per his history. He also claimed that DYK promoted LGBTism, etc. Replied on talk. YellowMonkey (click here to vote for world cycling's #1 model!) 01:08, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Replied. Aaroncrick(Tassie Boy talk) 07:07, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't added that they belonged to southern/western India.Don't blame me for what I haven't said here.User:Yousaf465 (talk)
If you read carefully, I said it was added to your blog. Which is a lot better idea than adding it to wikipedia. It seems that you have now removed the blog entry. Aaroncrick(Tassie Boy talk) 06:36, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have more than one editor for that blog.User:Yousaf465 (talk)
  • Well for further info check this IndianExpress[2].
Pfft. India uses the same guns but they are made in Russia and PRC. The attackers could have just bought them from arms dealers. YellowMonkey (click here to vote for world cycling's #1 model!) 03:36, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No one is saying that this means that India was invloved.Anyway LET has been removed from the suspect List by the investigators blaming that attackers were supported by "foregin Hand" that attack of such kind can't be done by groups on it's own.[3].

Talking of opinion ,the doctor of the hospistal,in which Sri Lankan team was admitted was of the view the injuries were minor.Well that can't be added here, bcz it was in a private conversation with me.What is minor for doctors might not be minor for the patient!yousaf465'

The wrath of the Tasmanians[edit]

Don't all come after me at once! Yes, yes, you life on a beautiful (cold and rainy) island, I once almost moved there when my wife applied for a job at Rosebery. But no, its not all that big, compare to WA at least. EA210269 (talk) 10:48, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've been twice and all I can say is that it wasn't any bigger the second time round. Regarding the West Coast, Strahan is a place I could always go back to. EA210269 (talk) 23:49, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Incidentally I did a week-long tour of Tasmania with a backpackers company in Dec 2002 - I picked up in Launceston then we went to Mole Creek, Burnie, Stanley/The Nut, Arthur River, Devonport, Cradle Mountain (fair bit of walking there), Queenstown/Strahan, various national park spots in the middle, Hobart, Port Arthur, Freycinet (we walked right over the ridge to Wineglass Bay), St Helens, and back to Launceston. I've missed many small stops we made along the way, but it was a lot of fun. Disposable camera photos here (open with Firefox only, that site has way too many ads...) The following year I returned but just stayed in Launceston for 5 days, among other things visiting Seahorse World and walking from Longford to Perth. I'd love to go back but have not had the time or opportunity since. Orderinchaos 10:21, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Replied on your talk page. Aaroncrick(Tassie Boy talk) 10:52, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
"On the weekend, these tourists at Wineglass Bay, said "Since when does the sun shine in Tasmania".". Bloody Queenslander hey? Maybe they need to look at there own state (Sunshine State *cough*). :P oh yer seems that the V/Line Mexicans got lost today and headed north of the border! Bidgee (talk) 11:20, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
oh also if you ever get photos of buses if they have the fleet number and/or the number plate in the photo I can try and identify the bus make and body. Bidgee (talk) 11:24, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Well I was in Queensland back in March 2005. Sunshine Coast (Glasshouse Mountains)? More like the Cloudy Coast. Bidgee (talk) 11:39, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I spent a night in Freycinet National Park once and had an interesting encounter with a Tiger snake, lovely place otherwise. I have never been north of it on the East Coast, I have to say. EA210269 (talk) 11:22, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Watch out for those snakes! They can become very feisty!!! Aaroncrick(Tassie Boy talk) 11:33, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No, no, it went all fine after we had established that the two Tiger snakes can stay in the hut and I slept in my tent. The other two people that had stayed there the night before thought this was a resonable agremeent, too, and set up their tent, too. EA210269 (talk) 11:58, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Can you check something?[edit]

Not sure what ISP you are with (you don't have to tell me) but I'm with TPG/Soul and I'm checking some sources and this site I keep getting "Restricted Site". Bidgee (talk) 11:03, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Same. Aaroncrick(Tassie Boy talk) 11:06, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I'm thinking that site is a "fake". Thanks for that. Bidgee (talk) 11:07, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Something seems a little strange. Aaroncrick(Tassie Boy talk) 11:08, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It's what I call a hoax website. Trying to get people thinking that they have the filter with there ISP. So I've now tagged it on the Triple JJJ article. Bidgee (talk) 11:11, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Same, and I'm on Westnet. I'd agree with Bidgee. Orderinchaos 12:19, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Cricket[edit]

Thanks very much but it is only common sense to prevent idiots from ruining articles for the readers rather than always clearing up the mess after the readers have already been alienated.

All the best. --Orrelly Man (talk) 09:38, 15 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the Bubble Tea, You made me feel a little better. I'm not going to be real active in the next few days since I'm ill ATM and the meds I'm taking make me rather tired. Bidgee (talk) 14:23, 16 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

My block[edit]

Really I can't get over it. Must say I'm trying very hard not to swear over it. Now I want my blocklog cleared (IE:Blanked) but when I challenged the legitimacy of my first block (After the other editor who made more reverts then myself) they said it's not possible but IMO the developers of the Wiki software need to make it possible. You can read more on what I said to the blocking admin on their talk page. Bidgee (talk) 14:17, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed! Admin Scarian seems to think it's "no big deal"! They really have no idea as they're not in my shoes and to use his self block error is like calling a mouse a rat (Both are rodents but they're not the same)! Now I have two Admin's not answering my questions which is rather poor treatment by them. Bidgee (talk) 06:58, 20 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No. It's a football league. The word "football" is compulsory, except if it says AFL as it does in Queensland. AFL-Cool (talk) 00:47, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
