Notice

The article University Parkway (Winston-Salem) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails to establish why this busy street is notable enough for an article.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. –Fredddie 05:37, 29 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Your contributed article, Silas Creek Pkwy[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Silas Creek Pkwy. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Silas Creek Parkway. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Silas Creek Parkway. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. SounderBruce 23:52, 13 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The reason I added a new page called Silas Creek Parkway is because NC-67 is not fully Silas Creek Parkway. On the separate page I want to add more information about Silas Creek Parkway. You guys need to remove the redirection so if people search 'Silas Creek Parkway' it will not have to redirect you to NC-67. Thank You. Beejayhelper (talk) 14:31, 1 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of CiCi's - Beyond Pizza[edit]

Hello Beejayhelper,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged CiCi's - Beyond Pizza for deletion, because it appears to duplicate an existing Wikipedia article, Cicis.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

Image without license[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:JGES.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:JGES.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 00:01, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:JGES.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Non-free rationale for File:Promethean-ActivBoard-300-Pro-Fixed-System.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Promethean-ActivBoard-300-Pro-Fixed-System.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 14 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Beejayhelper,

North Carolina Highway 67[edit]

Information icon Hey! Not sure we have met, but I'm one of the other active editors for NC highways. I saw you have made some edits to North Carolina Highway 67 in the last few days. I want to ask you to please be careful about what you are editing. Some of your changes in the route description created convoluted, run-on sentences that I have since had to revert. My plan is to nominate the article for Good article status soon. To pass, the article needs to be both grammatically correct and there should be an absence of edit wars. I'm concerned that your edits might contribute to the article failing in both respects. I am not saying you cannot edit, but please read over what you are saying. It seems that you care a lot about Winston-Salem roads, and having a Good Article in the region would be a big boost, so please help me ensure this passes. Thanks!--Ncchild (talk) 04:28, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, I hope this did not come across as snippy or passive aggressive. If it did, that may be a by-product of me writing the message after midnight and I apologize. I just want to make sure the article passes GA standards, which you may see it needed some last minute work. Above all, you are a valued editor so I don't want you to think I'm asking you to completely shy away. Ncchild (talk) 20:06, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Just to help you understand, WikiProject U.S. Roads uses major intersections for the junction list on all roads that are not completely freeways. Please see North Carolina Highway 132, U.S. Route 76 in North Carolina, and U.S. Route 10 in Michigan. These are all peer reviewed articles that have a mix of surface intersections and exits, as does NC 67. They all use major intersections.--Ncchild (talk) 18:17, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
