Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as you did at Bikramroy, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. Wikipedia is not a web host for holding personal web pages unrelated to work on building the encyclopaedia. You are, of course, welcome to make contributions to the encyclopaedia, in line with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, but if your purpose is to write a personal web page, then you would be better advised to use one of the many web sites which do provide that sort of service, such as a social network site or a web hosting service. This is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians—as this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. As far as I can tell, your main reason for being here was to write about yourself. You haven't given any sort of indication that you intend to write about anything else, as you've made no other edits on here. Your edit history shows that you tried to add yourself to the mainspace and when that failed, you began trying to get around these deletions by creating the same content in your userspace. I'm aware that you're a new user, but you've already been given enough warning that actions of this type are not appropriate on here. Your userpage should really only contain information about yourself as it pertains to editing Wikipedia. Some personal information can be OK, but in this situation you should also be an editor that shows an interest in writing about something other than yourself. You might be able to be unblocked, but one of the main requirements is that you not recreate any of the deleted content in the mainspace and that you not try to get around this on your userpage for the time being. We'd also need to know what you plan to edit on once you're unblocked and some sort of assurance that next time you receive a warning, that you'll try to figure out why the warning was posted rather than continuing to post the same content.
