Following our lengthy discussion I decided that a block is warranted to prevent damage to the encyclopedia. Not only has the Rajnarayan Dube issue been discussed before. We even had an article that was deleted as a hoax. You also explicitly claimed that Rashtraputra will be shown at the 2019 Cannes film festival. That's news to the festival website. It's also not verifiable via Google News. This is the full list of films at Cannes 2019; Rashtraputra isn't on there. The false Cannes claim is included in Draft:Kamini Dube, not just in a talk page discussion (of course lying in a talk page discussion of content is also not OK). Likely we could also add sockpuppetry (compare [2] and [3]) and undeclared paid editing to the block reasons. I got your point and I made a terrible mistake by not mentioning about Marche du Film with Film de Cannes, Actually the movie is going to be screened at Marche du Film. Regarding the press agency report published by The Hindu I'll quote the 2016 discussion from the talk page: "The sole source we have on this man is a website: rajanarayandube.com and its predecessor bombaytalkies.net.in. The story was developed there and propagated to interviews, some blogs, and Wikipedia, sometimes with small variations." By now it has propagated to some press agency reports, too, always in connection with the modern Bombay Talkies. It's still a hoax.

Regarding Kamini Dube and Cannes, Marché du Film is a "pay to screen" event that is not part of the festival. I'm also really curious how you know the date when the film will be screened there, given that even their official website doesn't provide a schedule of screenings and I couldn't find anything on Google or Google News. The website does confirm, however, that Cinando is written by the people who have paid to have their film screened; it's not independent coverage.

Here you explicitly connected Kamini Dube to Mira Nair - but Mira Nair's film was shown at the real festival (and won major awards for which Dube's film isn't even a candidate), not at some promotional side show where anybody with deep enough pockets can get their film shown. You also added blatantly promotional (and false) content to other articles here and here. Even the Rashtraputra plot summary you gave there ("based on life and times of great revolutionary Chandrashekhar Azad") is false; it's a crime thriller set in the present, not a historical film about the life ("and times"!) of Chandra Shekhar Azad. The historical Azad only features as a statue, as far as I can tell. Compare Draft:Rashtraputra and the ToI review. I stand by the block and oppose an unblock. Hello Wiki, I have been blocked by wiki editor User:Huon. He has blocked me for publishing promotional hoaxes. Here I want to state that I admit I was trying to make an article on Kamini Dube Draft:Kamini_Dube which was rejected as on lack of citations ground. And at the same instant I stopped editing about article on Kamini Dube as you can see in my contributions Special:Contributions/Callmesiddie. After which I came to know about the article of Bombay_Talkies. And after that I just tried to discuss about what I read. Also there were times when User:Huon did rejected my words and then I came up with another material I researched. Today when I decided to provide some of the links in order to understand whether they are worth reliable cites that Wikipedia believes to be worth trusting. But before I could even send or check those links I had been blocked. It is my firm request to editorials of Wikipedia to please review this talk. As instructed I didn't even published any article, Not even edited or contributed in any article except for the talk page of User:Huon, where I was trying to discuss about my views and wanted to have some advice from the senior editor than me. Also I am shocked to see he blocked me as I wasn't expecting this response from his side, rather than blocking if he had asked me to stop discussing it or stop mentioning him I would had stopped the instant I would had been asked for. Also when I came across their movie Rashtraputra, I came across things which were like nowhere, so I thought of making a wiki article about, my intention was never to spread a hoax, as I knew it is an offense.
