My name is Amit and I created the page as a fan noting him as a notable person as I put in the Article Wizard. The email I asked you to respond to is mine (misra.amit@gmail.com) and I put his that I got from his website so you know I'm not being malicious.

Sorry for the confusion.

You've given a strong impression that you're trying to promote the artist, which isn't acceptable. You do understand that encyclopedia articles don't contain phrases like "set the world ablaze with his talent"? You're taking promotional material and copying it straight into Wikipedia. It's been deleted both times as advertising. It doesn't matter if it doesn't have links, it's obvious promotion.
