Wikipedia is not a directory, so an organization is not entitled to have a Wikipedia article just because it exists. All topics must be notable by Wikipedia's definition to merit inclusion. In the specific case of an organization, it must meet the notability criteria for companies and organizations. For this to happen, the organization must have already received significant coverage in multiple reliable and independent sources. We have no interest in what an organization wishes to say about itself, as this is an inherent conflict of interest.
You may believe that just because an organization does good or important work, that becomes a valid reason for inclusion; it is not. Wikipedia is not here to tell the world about your noble cause. As User:Blanchardb once said,
... nobility is not the same as notability, and [...] non-profit organisations are subjected to our spam and notability guidelines just the same as for-profit companies, no matter how noble their goals are.

This is an encyclopedia, not a directory of charities. Nor are we an advertising platform. If you want people to pay attention to your charity and you don't want to pay money for advertising, then you ought to establish an active presence on social media and network with other charitable groups and your local community. - The guidance is very nice to hear. but the fact is that there are so many people and companies doing it, I have personally paid people to get business on Wikipedia, and I know if i had done it through them it would have worked so far. But at the same time I am not doing any promotion of any sort. it's just some basic details of the place that's all.
