How important a person he is (or isn't) is totally irrelevant to that issue; the text was stolen from his website and Wikipedia can't legally host it. Wikipedia is licensed under the WP:CC-BY-SA licence, and any material that can't be used legally and appropriately in conjunction with it, well, can't be used.
