Hello, John19993! Having an article declined at Articles for Creation can be disappointing. If you are wondering why your article submission was declined, please post a question at the Articles for creation help desk. If you have any other questions about your editing experience, we'd love to help you at the Teahouse, a friendly space on Wikipedia where experienced editors lend a hand to help new editors like yourself! See you there! KylieTastic (talk) 10:03, 12 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Notability

[edit]

Wikipedia:Notability (people) contains the criteria that a person must satisfy to be included in Wikipedia. A person is presumed to be notable if he or she has received significant coverage in reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 14:25, 12 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

"Rejected" is more severe than "Declined." The former means that in the opinion of the reviewer, the topic has no chance of becoming an article, and you are advised to stop trying. David notMD (talk) 14:30, 12 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Asking for help

[edit]

Please do not ask for help in more than one place, as you did at Help and Teahouse. David notMD (talk) 14:29, 12 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
