Information icon Hello, I'm Celia Homeford. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. I don't consider this as vandalism. I would be reporting you as a user damaging to public information. Khalafvand (talk) 13:20, 3 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Search space[edit]

Could you please read Wikipedia:Disambiguation dos and don'ts before making further edits to the disambiguation page Search space? Disambiguation pages are meant for concisely disambiguating one article from another, so they shouldn't have multiple blue links per entry, and each entry shouldn't be any longer than necessary. Thank you. Wikishovel (talk) 16:29, 3 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If this was the first article that you created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

The page Phylogeny search space has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appeared to be a direct copy from https://dalspace.library.dal.ca/bitstream/handle/10222/60796/Khalafvand-Seyed_Amin-MCSc-CSCI-August-2015.pdf. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition has been be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion review. — Diannaa (talk) 23:34, 3 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The abstract and the introduction of a work or a book don't have copyright for the author(s). So they write or share it on social media, and internet Khalafvand (talk) 09:59, 26 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, Khalafvand. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Adding links to your own publications is at best contrary to the guideline on conflict of interest, and at worst may be seen as attempting to use Wikipedia as a medium for promoing your work. Please stop posting fiction[edit]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at User:Khalafvand, you may be blocked from editing. Wikipedia is not a medium for publishing fiction. JBW (talk) 18:04, 6 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I consider your action as vandalism, you can refer to The Crown Prosecution Service records for reference. You will be blocked, and will be reported to Metropolitan Police Khalafvand (talk) 09:30, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing . The immediate cause of the block is your legal threat above; Wikipedia policy is that anyone who has indicated an intention of taking any kind of legal action in connection with activity on Wikipedia may not edit as long as that action is either pending or in progress, and that blocks can be used to enforce that policy. However, your other unacceptable editing should also be regarded as part of the block reason, so that will need to be addressed before any unblock can be considered, as well as your indicating that no legal action is still contemplated. I would also find it interesting to learn what makes you think that an administrator of a website removing unwanted content of that website is committing a criminal offence, and what makes you think that I am in the jurisdiction of the metropolitan police; I have certainly never stated on Wikipedia that I am.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  JBW (talk) 13:46, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Not convinced with the reasoning to be blocked Khalafvand (talk) 14:44, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This is not relevant. Yamla (talk) 14:48, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I don't think accusing someone of as vandalism without reference is a legal, and we all responsible and need to respect law, so calling Police on someone is not a threat, so requesting my user to be unblocked Khalafvand (talk) 14:52, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

That won't be happening. Legal threats are not acceptable on Wikipedia, period, end of discussion. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 14:59, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Non legally liable responses to my unblocking requests Khalafvand (talk) 15:02, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Since you refuse to withdraw your legal threats that you made in violation of WP:NLT, or even concede you did so- I am declining your request and removing talk page access. When you are prepared to comply with policy and withdraw your threats, you may use WP:UTRS for further Appeals. 331dot (talk) 16:06, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Reply carried over below. You said you were calling the police. Please feel free to do so, but you cannot edit Wikipedia until you withdraw the threat or until the legal matter has been resolved. You will also need to address the problems that went along with your being blocked. Users need to deal with Wikipedia matters within the framework established to do so. That you have chosen to go outside of Wikipedia is fine, but you cannot edit Wikipedia while doing so. Please see Wikipedia:No legal_threats . Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing hoaxes, such as Draft:Dave Mary, is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 17:00, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
