Nomination of Pell Mell for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Pell Mell is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Pell Mell until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Hi Diannaa, I am the Website Lead for Citadel of Faith, so I didn't think there would be a copyright issue. (How can I verify this?) The problem is, Citadel of Faith is incorrectly redirecting to "Temple Beth-El" for some reason, so I am trying to correct this. It's messing up our Google search results. The paragraph in question currently begins: "If Matthew's genealogy is that of Mary, and Luke's of Joseph...". It appears that a simple mistake was made of interposing the names "Matthew" and "Luke," because the common suggestion is actually that Luke’s genealogy is that of Mary, and Matthew’s genealogy is that of Joseph — not the other way around. In fact, earlier in this very article (in the section titled "Two genealogies of Jesus"), it is mentioned that the common suggestion is "Matthew's account follows the lineage of Joseph, while Luke's follows the lineage of Mary." Then why include an entire section addressing the premise that “Matthew's genealogy is that of Mary”? Why not delete the entire section, or else correct the premise so that it corresponds to the common suggestion that Luke’s genealogy is that of Mary? It seems less than neutral to include in this section the relatively obscure opinion that “Matthew's genealogy is that of Mary” without also including the much more common opinion that “Luke’s genealogy is that of Mary.” Luckibrian (talk) 15:11, 27 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
