The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. Speedy deletion nomination of File:CharliePortraitFront.jpg[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:CharliePortraitFront.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement of http://www.philipgrausman.art/PortraitSculpture.htm. Hi folks. Somebody deleted the wrong picture on Philip Grausman, sculptor's page. The image I want is WITHOUT the black border around the sculpture called "Charlie". The image I want in place of the one currently there is CharliePortraitFront.jpg

{{Admin help}} I just uploaded 2 pictures on Philip Grausman, sculptor. I only want the second one there of the same image. (the one without the black border). The first picture I uploaded strangely had the dark black border around the picture. I want to delete that one. I uploaded the larger picture without the black border. Please delete the one with the black border - ugly! Don't know why that happened originally.
