If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeatedly re-creating an article after deletion without addressing the issues which led to its deletion is not constructive. The article was clearly intended to promote an organisation, which is against Wikipedia policy, and it was about an organisation which it did not indicate was significant enough to justify an encyclopaedia article. Have a look at WP:WHYNOT. If you want more detail you could also read one or both of WP:Notability and Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies). I notice that one of the first articles you edited was Maldivian Youth Climate Network, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article.
