File permission problem with File:Nodir Dore.ogg

Please do not remove Biographies of Living Persons PRODs from articles, as you did with Colonel Guru Prasad Das, unless reliable sources have been provided. You are, however, welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the respective talk page instead. It is not good to remove the BLP PROD tag unless you are an admin without providing a proper rationale.
