A tag has been placed on File:Trackrunners 800x400 2.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Autonomy for Kashmir[edit]

So far everywhere dictionary has a different definition of what autonomy is but on common concept is right to self-government. Autonomy is the quality or state of being self-governing: especially : The right to self-directing freedom and especially moral independence and just a fun fact this word was first used in the early 1600s. The famous Indian lawyer and political ethicist Mahatma Gandhi famously said "There is no people on earth who would not prefer their own bad government to the good government of an alien power". In the late 80's when Mahatma Gandhi made this predicament a lot of countries had already gotten their independence from colonial powers that be but the situation was different for the people of Kashmir.

The Kashmir conflict has been ongoing since the 40's when apparently according to some sources India acquired Kashmir after the Indo-Pakistani War of 1947, and the Simla Agreement formally established the line of control between the two nations after two more wars broke out in 1965 and 1971. In the late 90s as late as 1999, the Kargil war broke out between India and Pakistan but protests still kept going. And since there has been unrest in the Kashmir Valley. Thousands of youths pelted security forces with rocks, runt government offices and attacked railway stations in steadily intensifying violence. On February 14 2019, a convoy of vehicles carrying security personnel on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway was attacked by a vehicle-borne suicide bomber at Lethpora near (Awantipora) in the Pulwana district this resulted in the death of 40 Central Reserved Police Force personnel.

There is a saying that it is easy to point at the speck of dust on someone else's eye and ignore the log of wood in front of our own eyes and though this Indian-Pakistani conflict has been ongoing for who knows how long, arguing back and for looking for an eye for an eye would only make the world a blind place. The conflict in Kashmir has to come to a diplomatic conclusion where both parties come to some sort of discord in other to stop this genocide of both Muslims and Hindu Kashmirians. The psychological effects of war and trauma causes generational unrest and one thing for sure is that toxic and war driven societies only breed toxic and war driven individuals.

As an aspiring physiotherapist, I have learnt over time to see every individual from a holistic lense and maintaining health and wellness is an ongoing process. The decisions about our health are not made in isolation from the environment in which we live in and this is what makes everyone responsible for their own wellness, if your environment is toxic, you have the option of leaving that environment but the reality is that not many in this region are fortunate enough to easily leave their homes and livelihood..

The Reverend Martin Luther King Jr said “Any injustice done anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere” and the Kashmir conflict is too similar to so many injustices that has happened in society like the Mass Incarceration of African Americans in the United states, the Kidnapping of the Chibok Schoolgirls in Borno State, Nigeria. Most of us are not concerned about the issues affecting our neighbors until their lawn begins to transfer weeds to our lawns (Metaphorically). As long as there is unrest over who should own the resources in Kashmir and the world does not say as much as it should we are removing the definition of what it means to be a democracy: of the people for the people by the people. Finally any political unrest anywhere is and should be treated as political unrest everywhere so let us come together to solve the unrest in the Kashmir Valley with respect to autonomy.

Speedy deletion nomination of Dominic Eneji[edit]

Hello Naijapapi,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Dominic Eneji for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!
