A tag has been placed on Urban bank mehsana requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". The article Economy of Mehsana has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No references. No links, and so does not provide adequate context, not even saying what country it is in. Contains non-neutral opinions. Would need heavy copy-edit if kept.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. A tag has been placed on Economy of Mehsana requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from {{{value1}}}. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. Hello

[edit]

Hello, I saw that you edited articles related to several Chief Ministers of Gujarat. Your edits are chiefly focused on splitting the article in several sections. It is unnecessary to have many sections in small article, I think. Instead add enough information to have several sections in article with reliable sources cited. I would be happy to help and answer of questions. Please go through basic policies listed on the top of this page to understand how Wikipedia works. I do understand Gujarati if you want to ask in Gujarati, if you are not comfortable in English. Reach out to me on my Talk. Regards and welcome.--Nizil (talk) 13:18, 15 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sections before infobox + lead

[edit]

Please STOP adding section headers before the infobox and lead sections of articles - as you did in our articles on Indian cricketers such as Sorabji Colah and Jahangir Khan (cricketer) as this contravenes MOS:LEAD and other layout guidelines - thank you - Arjayay (talk) 15:23, 15 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I see you have already been warned against adding too many small sections - please also avoid excess capitals in section hedings - they should be in sentence case - i.e. only the first word should be capitalized, unless any other word is a proper noun. To use an example here you should not add a title above the infobox, or the lead section, you should not add so many small sections and section titles such as "First class Career" and "After Retirement" are incorrectly capitalized, as well as being excessive. - Arjayay (talk) 15:41, 15 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article Printing a message in C has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Capitalization in section headings

[edit]

I see you have been adding quite a number of section headings. Your capitalization of words in them is not consistent with Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#Section_headings. Words that are not proper nouns should not be capitalized. For example, "After Retirement" should be "After retirement" and "First class Career" should be "First class career". Thanks —DIYeditor (talk) 17:14, 15 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Reverted edits to MS Dhoni

[edit]

After User:Arjayay reverted your edits to MS Dhoni for being unsourced you made a series of additional edits[1] that I also reverted. I wanted to explain why. The first and largest problem is the tone of the material you added. "He is one of the greatest captain in Cricket history" and "Champious trophy is very good for Team India" are not the proper tone for an encyclopedia article. This is not a news or fan site. We don't report that things are good or bad in the tone of Wikipedia. The second problem is that you are failing to place a space after periods (full stops), your capitalization of proper nouns is hit-or-miss, and your English grammar is not very good. "India" and "Dhoni" and the months of "June" and "July" should be capitalized. Also, for example, "Champious" is not a word. As to grammar problems most of the text you added had significant ones. That would be a reason more for fixing the material than reverting it but if you are going to consistently add material of this quality it will create a lot of work for other editors. The third problem is that you are inserting external links in the body of the article. I assume you meant to do a citation, which should be enclosed in something like <ref>{{cite url|url=http://www.cricbuzz.com/cricket-series/2587/india-tour-of-west-indies-2017/matches}}</ref>. We don't put external links into the body of articles even though wiki markup provides for it. I hope these are some helpful tips for you. —DIYeditor (talk) 19:14, 16 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I saw that it was a subject of interest for you and I understand that Wikipedia’s conflict of interest rules require that I request another editor consider implementing the draft. Cheers. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Liquid steel requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. — fortunavelut luna 12:54, 22 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

PSLV-C39 moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, PSLV-C39, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. Robert G. List of Chinese Nobel laureates

[edit]

Please do not damage articles by inserting incorrect formatting, as you did at List of Chinese Nobel laureates. Please preview your changes and only save them if they are correct - Thank you - Arjayay (talk) 08:32, 6 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on GameSalad Cookbook requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Steel, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Appliances (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Khizr Khan does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! —Cpt.a.haddock (talk) (please ping when replying) 17:40, 4 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Cpt.a.haddock: Good luck with this user, they are not interactive and do not appear to read, process or reply to talk messages or edit summaries. I have been trying to correct things like no edit summary, capitalizing section headings, numbering lists which are in no particular order, and bad English for some time with no hint of success. Blocks for copyright violation may have made an impression as that behavior seems to have stopped, too bad there can't be a block for the lesser problems. —DIYeditor (talk) 18:10, 4 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@DIYeditor: Looking at his recent history, he's been including edit summaries ever since the notice. He's also now responded here. These are definitely good signs. Cheers.—Cpt.a.haddock (talk) (please ping when replying) 09:16, 5 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Some issues with your edits, PLEASE READ

[edit]

Some of this I have raised explicitly on your talk page, some in edit summaries where I have reverted you. As you seem now to be reacting to messages on your talk page since you started leaving edit summaries for some (although not all) edits, and though you are still not responding so we know you are understanding, I am going to try again.

Capitalization in section headings

[edit]

I see you have been adding or editing quite a number of section headings. Your capitalization of words in them is not consistent with Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#Section_headings. Words that are not proper nouns should not be capitalized. For example, "After Retirement" should be "After retirement" and "First class Career" should be "First class career".

Numbering of lists and tables that are in no particular order

[edit]

Lists of things that are in no particular order should be bulleted not numbered. You seem to have a strong urge to number things that should not be, and add a number column to tables that are in no order.

It should be:

  • Apples
  • Oranges
  • Pears

Not:

  1. Apples
  2. Oranges
  3. Pears

English

[edit]

Your grasp of English seems somewhat limited. Changing "or" to "and" here changes the meaning and is incorrect. Changing de facto (which was even wikilinked) to "in fact" here did not make it "Easier to understand" - this is not the Simple English Wikipedia and "de facto" is not exactly the same as "in fact". This change of "One notable movement" to "One of the notable movement" did not "change grammar error" it introduced a grammatical error. There are many other similar examples in your edits. Please refrain from attempting to fix English grammar - I think it is better for you to assume someone else got it right.

Never replying to talk page messages

[edit]

While I don't think strictly speaking you are required to respond to talk page messages, I have never seen you do so. Wikipedia is collaborative and without knowing that someone has read a message and seeing their feedback on it, it is very difficult to collaborate. Please consider actually replying to messages on your talk page.

Thank you. —DIYeditor (talk) 04:54, 5 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

IMOROVE MYSELF

[edit]

I will improve myself. I will do not edit without summary. Thank you for your advice. I will not edit anything else if it is not appropriate.

Thank you. —Nikunj3121994 (talk)10:32, 5 October 2017 (IST)

Thank you for the response, Nikunj. I do agree with the other editors here that your grammar isn't the greatest and I recommend that you minimise your language-related fixes. There are plenty of other ways to contribute to Wikipedia. If you would like to hear some ideas, let me know. Also, I recommend not treating your user page like a résumé. A brief introduction should be sufficient. Please also look to fix the errors toward the bottom of the page. Thanks :)—Cpt.a.haddock (talk) (please ping when replying) 09:34, 5 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You are right that my english grammar is not good, but when i read article and found sentence without full stop, what should i do?

I will contribute by other ways on wikipedia as per your suggestion. And last thing of my user page is that i write all this, because people on wikipedia knkw myself by it. So i cover all things of my life. I just want that people know me, nothing other than that.
