I see that you tried to move Barisal University to University of Barisal by copying and pasting its contents, and then requested deletion of the first article as a request from the author. This is not an acceptable way of moving an article, as it loses the article's editing history, which must be kept for various reasons, including attribution of edits for copyright purposes.
