I'm responding here to your message on my talkpage about the deletion of Draft:Ella Ridge View Holiday Inn. The first thing you need to understand is that it is not your article. Anything posted here belongs to the community and they can alter it, extend it, or delete it altogether as they see fit. How to deal with the copyright issue is explained in the notification above, so I won't go through that again. You being the owner of the domain makes no difference, you must still provide evidence of permission. Copying from a promotional site is not really suitable for an encyclopaedia in any case, which is why a second reason for deletion was given as "unambiguous advertising or promotion". Any new article needs to be written from a factual and neutral point of view.

Even if you overcome the two reasons for immediate speedy deletion, ultimately, the article would still have been deleted for lack of notability. This is the central criterion for inclusion on Wikipedia. See WP:42 for a quick summary.

You should also be aware of our guideline on conflict of interest. This almost certainly applies to you. People with a conflict of interest are discouraged from writing articles where they are conflicted. It will be almost impossible for you to write neutrally. There are no mandatory obligations for members who choose join the community, other than the usual editing rules for online projects, and the friendly space policy for in-person projects.
