Procedurally, I'm going to leave this request open for another CU to deal with. However, I re-blocked you in March for using multiple accounts to evade your block; that should have been enough to tell you that you shouldn't do that. But you did it again, after being blocked, with the account Jessicaaylen. And when that was blocked, you did it again just yesterday with the account Reyanrenolds1, and got yourself blocked over at commons (I've just blocked that account here). My account has been blocked from editing for abusing multiple accounts. The rules say, "Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons." I didn't edit any articles that were against the rules, and I've created an article about a person, but that too got rejected. I am extremely sorry; I didn't know I was new to Wikipedia, and I have zero experience, but I've got much interest in being a part of Wikipedia. Again I am sorry, I won't do it again.
