AfD nomination of Zimmer dental[edit]

I have nominated Zimmer dental, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Zimmer dental. Speedy deletion of Zimmer Dental[edit]

A tag has been placed on Zimmer Dental, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. The article is entirely promotional in nature having been copied from the Zimmer Dental web site, and that is what distinguishes from other articles. You are welcome to write a neutral article that doesn't rely on copying the Zimmer website, but be aware that the artcile needs to meet notability standards, and be verifiable through reliable sources. The article still contains copyvio content so it can't be moved to the mainspace yet. If you own the copyright to the material: send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL, and note that you have done so on User talk:Troydanderson. After you have secured copyright permission, then you should take the article to Wikipedia:Deletion review, since the article has been deleted per a deletion discussion: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Zimmer dental.   • The page has been deleted, as it was unambiguous advertising or promotion. In my experience it is rarely worth the time and effort it takes to provide copyright permission in such cases, as a business's own marketing material is almost never suitable for use in a Wikipedia article with or without copyright permission, as it is invariably promotional in character.
