You can't just move an article to a different page title, the content and sourcing of the article has to agree with an article page title and they didn't with your recent article page move. If a location has changed its name, it shouldn't be difficult to find sourcing that verifies this fact and then you can do the rewriting necessary to change the article. Liz ^{Read!
