The Nashville Public Library is hosting the Second Annual "Our Story Matters Wikipedia Edit-a-thon" to contribute to articles on Wikipedia related to the Civil Rights Movement in Nashville and throughout the South. This year our focus will be on Hallowed Grounds: Sites of African American Memory. We will explore the hidden history of place and space in Nashville's African American History. This program is part of Black WikiHistory Month and is presented in partnership with Vanderbilt University.

The Wikipedia training and Edit-a-thon will take place in the Special Collections Center on the second floor of the Nashville Public Library. Please bring a laptop with you.
