Summary of Video games WikiProject open tasks:

This game is very real, ive seen a couple leaked screen shots floating around. Very excited to see this come out! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Multra (talkcontribs) 14:01, 3 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not joking this is really a joke page. This game is not real. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 167.104.7.5 (talk) 20:25, 2 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

But it's so well-sourced! 97.122.196.137 (talk) 23:19, 2 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Whoever put the candidate for deletion tag needs to talk here. As far as I know, and I know things, this game is a very real upcoming game. Mfpantst (talk) 13:17, 3 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion

In the 09/02/2009 IdleThumbs podcast (http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/idle-thumbs/~5/fdEKG8ledcE/idlethumbs041.mp3) a reader admitted to having created this page as a hoax. Apparently a typo made several gaming sites (such as IGN and Gamespy) index this as a real game, which then made several other gaming websites create stub pages for it -- the users then created this page and assigned TOSE as a developer as they thought it 'plausible'. Outside of several stub pages, there's no real source for this game and all of the linked sources are nonsense. Obonicus (talk) 12:28, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That's just horse-bag baloney! Mfpantst (talk) 13:23, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The linked sources are not "nonesense". There's even an official website for pity's sake! Development of the game has been slow, but that hardly constitutes a hoax. --Batfax12 (talk) 21:56, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As per the AfD: In the 09/02/2009 IdleThumbs podcast (http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/idle-thumbs/~5/fdEKG8ledcE/idlethumbs041.mp3, discussion starts at 40:20) a reader admitted to having created this page as a hoax. Apparently a typo made several gaming sites (such as IGN and Gamespy) index this as a real game, which then made several other gaming websites create stub pages for it -- the users then created this page and assigned TOSE as a developer as they thought it 'plausible'. Outside of several stub pages, there's no verifiable source for this game anywhere and all of the linked sources are nonsense. This game does not exist. At the IdleThumbs forum the following user admitted to having created the article: http://www.idlethumbs.net/forums/showpost.php?p=118549&postcount=46. This is a confirmed hoax. If you feel this is not a candidate for speedy deletion, please use the hangon tag and add your justification here. Obonicus (talk) 02:50, 5 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
