Reputation institute?[edit]

In the lead paragraph, reference is made to a 5-year-old rating by the "Reputation Institute". I've never heard of them, and they don't have a Wikipedia article. I happen to work for Ferrero's competitor, but if I didn't have a CoI, I'd remove that, or move it further down in the article. --Slashme (talk) 10:42, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. The citation links to Forbes, whose article is functionally blocked to me, and anyone else who uses an ad-blocker. Wikipedia should issue a request to all companies to de-block access to Wikipedia reference-links for any and all ad-blocking equipped browers.
Now, Reputation Institute itself has no Wikipedia article whatsoever. Even disreputable entities can have something said about them in a Wikipedia article. The sentence should be removed.JohndanR (talk) 02:12, 3 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Improving the Products section[edit]

Hello to anyone watching this page! I'm working on behalf of Ferrero SpA via Glover Park Group and I have a financial conflict of interest. I will not be making any edits to this article for this reason. Instead, I would like to ask if editors could take a look at a rewritten Products section I've drafted.

The current section is not a complete list of Ferrero's products, and extraneous promotional details are given for certain products. Further, the section includes almost no citations. Of the three included, one is a press release and another is the company's website. My proposed draft seeks to remedy these issues and at WP:RS citations. Here's the draft, with the mark-up:

Products

Ferrero produces several lines of confectionary goods under various brand names, as well as the chocolate-hazelnut spread, Nutella. The company has produced Nutella since 1964.[1] The production of Nutella uses one quarter of the world's annual hazelnut supply.[2] In 2014, Ferrero acquired Oltan Group, the largest hazelnut supplier in the world.[3]

The chocolate-hazelnut confection known as gianduja was not invented by Ferrero. During the Napoleonic era, when cocoa beans were scarce, chocolatiers ground up local hazelnuts to substitute for some of the cocoa powder. This created the first gianduja.

Keebler opera cream cookies and chocolate fudge cookies[edit]

opera cream cookies were the best . One row was chocolate with lemon in the middle the other row was vanilla with lemon in the middle. The other cookies were called chocolate fudge and it was chocolate with in the middle. Since you own keebler now can you please bring them back.
